Louis finds himself sitting in front of the cash register instead of being at the back with his boss, James, making pastries.

It wasn't his fault he almost burnt a bunch of cupcakes and nearly had the oven explode. He's just not that good at baking.

James knows Louis. He's his uncle/Jay's brother. So when he heard from his sister that his nephew was coming to Donshire to start his own life, he offered for him to begin his job in his bakery.

He knew the boy could be quite the troublemaker, but he's a very nice lad and he doesn't regret positioning him behind the cash register. Nearly everyone has become fond of him!

"That will be 7 pounds, ma'am." Louis states, taking the money from the lady and placing it in the cash register, "have a lovely day!"

"You too, dear."

After the lady left, Louis walks over to James and assists him with placing the bread on the display racks.

"So, Louis."

"Yes, uncle James?" The blue eyed boy turns to him.

"Fancy anyone in Donshire?" The blonde man asks, a smirk on his face.

He got his answer once he sees the light blush on his nephew's cheeks, "who is it?"

"Um..."

"Come on, lad, you can tell me."

Louis hesitates but gives in anyway, knowing his uncle will pester him all day if he doesn't tell him, "It's Harry."

"The Prince?"

The blue eyed boy nods sheepishly.

"Don't be ashamed! That's wonderful! I'm sure the curly haired bloke fancies you back."

"I doubt it."

"You can't doubt destiny, boy."

"Whatever you say, uncle James."

Meanwhile, within the castle interiors, Harry is frantically running around the library, unsure of what story book he's going to bring later for when Louis reads to the kids.

"Harold! Slow down! You still have like, 4 hours before you and Louis meet up." Niall shakes his head at his friend in amusement.

"I know that." The Prince huffs, pulling out a book from the bookcase then placing it back in, "what's a good story?"

"Cinderella."

"No, too common."

"The little mermaid?"

"Pretty sure Louis read that to the kids yesterday."

"Then um...ooh! Your favorite!"

Harry eyes his blonde friend curiously, not sure what or which favorite he means.

Niall dashes to the A section and pulls out a book, then happily skips to the Prince, handing him the chosen story.

As Harry takes a glance at the cover, he gasps, smiling widely at his friend who knew him so well.

"This is perfect! Thanks Nialler!" He exclaims, enveloping the blonde boy in a hug.

Niall chuckles, returning the gesture, "No problem, H."

Time flew by quicker than Harry thought it would as he finds himself bidding his parents goodbye after informing them of his activities with Louis.

"Can't wait to meet him, baby. Have fun!" Anne chimes, heading back inside the castle with Robin.

Niall spares Harry one more glance and a wink before going back to resume his servant duties.
