I woke up as soon as the dream had ended. I was feeling very dizzy all of a sudden and carried on walking until I noticed a nearby tree and sat down, leaning on its trunk. I looked up. The sky seemed so nice and quiet today. The moon was out. So were the stars.

I kept wondering and thinking about everything that queen Clara had said. So I was an angel, and my genes had come from my grandma but I was also human because of my parents. I also remember that my soul was not mine alone anymore and that I was sharing it with Queen Clara. I felt very funny and bizarre altogether.

I got up and looked around me and noticed that I was not in the garden with the crystal anymore. I had been transported through my dreams back to the Camp lane one way route. How? I wondered. I turned around facing the one way route that I had come from before all those strange things had taken place. Oh crap! I was supposed to have been heading back to the bus so that I could get to my Academy. It was getting very late now and the streets were getting very dark.

‘What was I supposed to do?’ I thought out loud.

I could hear dogs barking and wolves howling in the distance. I was becoming very frightened.

‘Oh Queen Clara please help me out… I’m lost’

The clouds were forming together and in a fast time of a couple of seconds the clouds covered the moon and it was pitch black. I checked my iPhone in my hand. The light helped out a lot. There was a text message from the bus driver saying ‘leaving in four hours’. I hoped that there will be enough time for me to find my way back to the bus.

I heard the bark of wild dogs, they were coming so near, and it happened so quickly. A bunch of wild werewolves arrived running and growling. I knew they were werewolves because of their red eyes. I hid behind the tree that I had been leaning on earlier hoping they that they would not spot me. I prayed, hands together hoping that the goddess was there and could hear everything that I was saying at the moment. The werewolves fought with another pack of animals which I couldn’t identify. It was so frightening, so horrifying. The smell of blood and sound of bones crunching made me shake and gasp in horror. This is when it all happened.

I had kept my phones flashlight on which I hadn’t realised until now but it was too late. One of the werewolves had spotted me and was studying me like I was its prey. Its eyes were so bloody, narrow and scary full of hungry desire. I quickly jumped to a halt as I was pushed to the ground by someone. It was a human… no…an angel.

The angel took out a luminous light from his hands which he quickly held to the sky. It was such a beautiful sword, its sharp edge catching the light of the stars making it shine so bright it hurt my eyes. The werewolves jumped onto him, making him stumble back. He hadn’t noticed them. They grabbed his shirt, ripping it apart. He tried to fight back but more werewolves approached him. The man’s piercing scream rung in my ears. He was in danger of death. No! I could not let that happen. But what was I going to do? I had to think quickly.

Images flashed into my eyes, it was the goddess shining her forefingers to the night. I held my arms into the air, making them face the night… the shadows of the moon. I held them high but apart until I could hear birds singing something. She was sending me the power that Queen Clara had been talking about! Words came into my brain begging me to say them aloud quickly.

“Shine bright my light at night, and form right the days of light!” suddenly glamorous light in a form of a wonderful crystal appeared through my ten fingers. I held them in place and shoved the light onto the werewolves, which they immediately felt as they glared at me with horrific eyeballs. They started screaming as the light became too bright for them to resist. I continued:

“Shine bright the crystals light. Oh crystal in the sky! remember the time when you were you, just shove them into the depth of the moon.” Immediately the power of the crystal quickly turned to fire burning the creatures, killing them completely. The light in my fingers quickly turned red.

“Oh wind from the clouds, bring power to the crystals rose, who one day used to show love. Never take back the crystals light until the night when it will shine bright.” It was so strange how I knew all these words. My two hands on my chest, sent a brilliant sensation through my soul, sending chills and shivers all over my body. It felt so good. The wind came whooshing to me, sending my hair into an electric shock and then… the light was gone altogether!

“What did I just do!? What happened?” I quietly thanked my goddess for helping me that night and how she supported me when I was so scared. I jumped horrified to find that the man that had been attacked earlier on had been watching me through the whole thing. I turned around to find him standing, hands in his pockets and he was facing me. His eyes were hazel and they glowed in the night.

“Thanks.” He whispered. The tone of his voice made me get nervous all of a sudden.
