~Tyler Joseph. Age 15. May 13~

"You are a dissapointment." my mom said words with such hate spewing out, I almost couldn't breathe. She scanned over the paper, almost as if it said that she was a male. She looked disgusted and her face was red with anger. "What does this mean? Tyler? Read it!" she handed over the paper. I couldn't read it. The words were all jumbled and scrammed onto one tiny twelve-point font document. My brain screamed in agony as I tried to read the first sentence. "I-I have d-dys-lex-ia-a?" I tried my best to read aloud. She looked over at me with a glare of anger. She hated me. "You don't! You just aren't trying enough! You are stupid, Tyler."

"What's going on?" my dad walked in. "This!" mom hushed and gave the paper to him. "Tyler, you're dyslexic?" he looked worried, as if he got news that his best friend was dead. Like mine.  "I-I guess so?" I wanted to sound like I wasn't hurt. "He's not dyslexic, he's dumb!" my mom yelled. "Honey, he isn't stupid. It's a disease!" my dad tried to calm her down.
The night ended with me getting locked in my room, and hearing my mom yell on about how dissapointing I was.

the line went dead.
