~Tyler Joseph. Age 16. April 14.~

"Happy birthday, Jill!" I heard walking down the school hall. "T-thanks guys." she said. I could tell by walking past that her hair was short, she had a red backpack, had thick glasses, wore dark clothes, and had a hat on backwards. She saw me. "Oh, hi!" she said, trying to talk to me. I only walked by. "'Scuse me? Dude? I need to ask you something." I turned around, just because I felt like being nice for once. Not like I was going to recieve it out the door, though. She whispered to me "h-hey, I've just been seeing you around lately and- are you okay?" I wasn't okay. "Um.. I-I don't understand? Jill, was it?" she nodded. She was a little shorter than me, but wasn't too short I had to look down. "Are you alright? You seem to be... Down.." she hesitated at the last word. "I dunno?" I told her the half truth. "My name's Tyler, by the way." she gave a thumbs up, and said "I'm Jill, or J whatever way you want it really." I nodded along. ". "Why'd you want to ask me that question?" I asked. "I just saw you and you looked sad. I just wanted to make sure you were okay and stuff... It's what I do." "Well... Thank you I guess. But I really should be getting home now." "Oh, oh. Im sorry. You're parents must be waiting. I can drive you? Just as a pay back for holding you here ("shit im dumb" she muttered under her breath)?" I was going to ask how she knew I walked to school, but she interrupelted my thoughts "That's okay, right? To take a dude you just met to his house?" I chuckled. "S-sure thing."
