Mothtalon The Deputy

A normal day for Windclan.

Soon after I was appointed deputy Mistystar heard about my vision, she decided that I should go find these cats and see what the vision was about.

"I have heard about your vision Mothtalon I believe that if Starclan has sent you this vision that you must follow it.", you should leave to find this clan in a few days you will apoint the five cats that will go with you."

"Very well Mistystar, " I replied. "Foxtail, Snowcloud, Willowfur, Badgerpaw, and Rabbitpaw, You five are the cats that will go with me to find this clan of the sky.

"Yes Mothtalon., " They replied

"Now that we have this taken care of we will have a hunting and border patrol. Hawkeye you will lead the Border patrol with Nightpaw, Shadeheart, Lightpel, Spiderleg, and Mosspelt. Whitefur will lead the hunting patrol the cats that will go with him are Lionblaze, Moonheart, Yellowfur and since they have been good clanmates Splotch and Cali."Mistystar called.

With that the patrols headed out to do what they were told to do.

"Mothtalon I would like to speak with you." Mistystar said.

"Ok Mistystar I'll be right there." I replied.

¨So this vision of yours do you know what it was about, usually only medicine cats get visions. I find it strange that Starclan would send you a vision and not Ferncloud or Mossfur.¨ Mistystar commented.

¨I also find it strange Mistystar I'm surprised as well that they did'nt send the vision to Ferncloud but they chose to send me a vision so perhaps we should be cautious of this, we will still go and find these cats though.¨ I replied and left her den thinking of what Fawnstar would say.

Soon the patrols got back the border patrol arrived first. 

¨Greetings Mothtalon,¨ Hawkeye greeted me.

¨Hello Hawkeye how did the border patrol go?, ¨ I asked.

¨The border patrol went well no sign of the other clans on our territory.¨ Hawkeye replied wth that the border patrol walked away towards their mates and kits that were now apprentices. Soon after the hunting patrol showed up.

¨Greetings Mothtalon,¨ Whitefur said Through his teeth as he was carrying a large hare to the fresh kill pile.

¨Greetings Whitefur I trust that the Splotch and Cali did well hunting.¨ I asked

¨Surprisingly well Cali caught a rabbit and Splotch is excellent at catching voles.¨ Whitefur replied.

¨That's good we could use good hunters,¨ I replied and walked off towards the Warriors den.
