Y/n's POV Today is my first date with Damian. I'm nervous, not only is it my first date with him this is my first date ever. I showered and did my hair and makeup. I pulled a dress from my closet and laid it out on my bed I put my under garments on and got dressed.

"Y/n! Someone is here to see you!" my m/f/g yelled.
"I'm on my way!" I shouted back grabbing my purse walking downstairs. Damian was standing in the foyer holding a bouquet of my f/f. He handed them to me as I walked up towards him. "Thank you Damian they are beautiful" I said taking the flowers and putting them in a vase.
"You're welcome L/n" Damian said offering his arm to me. I gladly took it as we walked out of my house. He led me to a limo and opened the door for me and got in right after me. What's Damian close the door the driver took off.
"Hello you must be miss Y/n" the driver with a kind British accent said to me. I nodded shyly. "I'm Alfred Pennyworth" he introduced himself.
"Pleasure to meet you Mr. Pennyworth" I waved to him with a small smile on my face.
"The pleasures all mine miss Y/n" he replied before rolling up the partition.
"He's nice" I said quietly
"Indeed. They just call him Alfred at home minus myself, I call him Pennyworth" Damian commented on the statement I made. A small smile graced my face. Damian hand slowly grabbed mine and intertwined our fingers. We rode in a comfortable silence,mainly because I was nervous. The limo came to a stop. Alfred opened the door and Damian (who is still holding my hand) guided us out of the limo. We were at the beach Damian led me to a secluded area where a blanket with pillows and a picnic basket was set up.
"Damian you did this for me?" I asked blushing.
"It was my idea, but I help from Grayson to set it up" he said as we sat down. He pulled out two sandwiches. " I hope you like ham and cheese" he said handing me a sandwich
" I love ham and cheese. Thank you" I said while taking the sandwich. (If you don't like ham and cheese change it)
"You're welcome Y/n. I also meant to tell you earlier that you look very nice" he told me taking a bite of his sandwich. I blushed and smiled at him. I took a bite of my sandwich while he was finishing off his own. Once I finished my own I grabbed a napkin and wiped my mouth.
"Shall we take a walk Y/n?" Damian asked standing up offering me his hand.
" I wouldn't mind a walk" I replied grabbing his hand. He helped me up and we walked away from the picnic blanket. As we walked along the empty beach the cold breeze made me shiver. Damian noticed this, took his jacket off and wrapped it around my shoulders.
"Thank you Damian" I said with a smile.
"Anything for you" he said and wrapped his arm around me. We walked around holding hands and talked about our childhood. Damian and I have been friends ever since he came to Gotham. Yes I know about his family's activities ,that doesn't change how I view the family. I just know Gotham is in good hands. I have feelings for him but I've always been too shy to tell him. I was surprised when he asked me out. We suddenly came to a stop, Damian turned me so I was facing him.
"Y/n, the reason I asked you to come on a date with me is because I wanted to tell you something. Ever since we met at the library when you tripped and I caught you. Yes that was cliché but we exchanged numbers and became friends. I've had you on my mind everyday since then. I love you Y/n more than just a friend" Damian told me. I was shocked, I looked down blushing. He put a finger under my chin to lift my head up so we looked at each other. He placed his hands on the sides of my neck and pulled me in for a kiss. I kissed him back after a couple seconds.

I heard a camera go off, we pulled apart and saw Dick standing there with a smile on his face. "You two are so adorable" he said slowly backing away from us.
"Will you be my girlfriend Y/n?" Damian asked his cheeks slightly pink.
"Of course I will Damian" I kissed his cheek. "And I love you too" I said blushing. He pulled me into a hug.
"Remind me to kill Grayson later beloved" he said burying his face in my neck.
"You will not be killing your brother Damian" I told him patting his back.
