Chapter 16

Chapter 16 [A/N The most ive written for a book so far, pat on the back for me!]

5 Days passed since Liam got angry at me and I'm starting to think if he was only trying to threaten me. Afterall, he did nothing except hang with One Direction and help me with my home work when I needed help, like he always does. There's nothing going on that makes me feel uneasy and weird.

Emily was going to the new clothing store thingy ma bob with her Mum today to do some shopping. (A/N I don't know if there's actually one 'cause I live on the other side of the wurld!) I didn't care much since all I wear are T-Shirts and jeans/shorts. I NEVER wear skirts, dresses and all those layers of small clothing?? I actually have no sense of fashion like Emily and Chloe. Chloe always makes me wear her weird clothing... No offence guys. They tried to make me wear make-up but I refused and when they did, I'd just wash them all off. I'm a make up free gurl. I don't really care if my body is in all different angles, I'm not like others who are so insecure of their body. I'm bold and proud of who I am and now that I'm with my actual family, I feel safer.

I was waiting for my beef pie to cook while sensing the warm air. Then suddenly my phone started buzzing and playing my ringtone, 'I Like It Like That' By Hot Chelle Rae. I looked at the ID caller: Unknown Number. Who would ring my number? Maybe some fan. Anyway, I just picked up.

"Oh Thank God Eliza, It's Fiona here." (A/N Fiona is Emily's Mum.)

"Hi." I said. She sounded worried and I knew she was crying.

"Emily just had a a-acc-ii-d-den-t" She said between sobs. "A-and t-the D-d-doct-tor s-said s-she m-mig-t- n-not m-m-ak-e i-i-t. S-he's a-at h-h-hosp-pital." Fiona said and then she started crying and hung up. What happened to Emily? I better ring my Mum to tell her that I'm going to go visit Emily. First, I rang Chloe.

"Hey Clo. Did you hear about Em?" I asked.

"Yeah, I'm on my way. Maybe I can pick you up?" She asked.

"OK, I need to ask my Mum first though." I answered and hung up. I rang my Mum's number, hoping she'll pick up even at work. While waiting for her to pick up, I took out my pie and started eating it as quick as I can. She picked up on the 4th ring. "MUM! EMILY'S IN HOSPITAL! SHE HAD SOME ACCIDENT IM GOING TO SEE IF SHES OK. I'M GOING WITH CHLOE IS THAT OK?" I yelled down the phone so she could hear me. "Um excuse me? Who are you looking for?" Oh Darn, I rang her office number and the phone gurl picked up. "Um... Karen?" I said hoping she would direct me to Mum. Then in a click, I was sent to her. "MUM!" I said worridly. "Yes? Why are you in a hurry?" She asked. "Emily's in frickin' hospital and I'm going to see her now." "Are you going with Chloe?" She aksed. "Yeah. Is that okay?" I aksed hoping she would say yes. "That's alright. Take the spare keys with you and lock the door before you leave OK?" She aksed. "Yeah." I answered sadly. I was wondering all the time...

I texted Chloe and told her it was alright.

Eliza: haii clo i can go wit u

Chloe: k mum is gona pik u up now hope em is k

Eliza: fingers crossed :(

Chloe: emz mum said she might not mak it :'(

Eliza: i no..... :'((((((((((((((((((((

Chloe: turn that frown up side down :)

Eliza : u2 cyaa i think ur mums here.

Chloe: im in the car too doofus yeah im here :D

I closed the door, locked it and pocketed the spare keys and ran to where Chloe's Mum's car was. I quickly hopped in the car and off we went.

Emily was lying unconscious on the bed and her heartbeat was slowing down. I was afraid it was going to stop. "Em. Em." Chloe said. "Emily." Chloe continued. Emily's eyes opened and looked at us. "Are you OK?" Chloe asked.

"I don't think so...."Emily answered sadly. "I can't believe that I only get to live for thirteen years." Emily said. Chloe and I were already in tears, I wasn't sure either 'cause we were happy that she spoke to us or sad because she said she was going to die. Fiona, her Mum came in and so did her Dad and family members and releatives. Chloe and I let her have some alone time with her family. This may be the last time we see Emily.

Emily's POV

My legs, arms, body and everything hurt. The small white room came clear to me. What happened earlier was real and it wasn't a dream...

flashback to a few hours ago.

"Mum! we're almost there!" I said happily. The traffic was building up as we got closer and closer. The suddenly a small while car raced towards the end of the lane and bashed the our car on the side, where I was sitting. I felt lost of pain and I knew I would suffer from it. I couldn't do much, then I blanked out.

End of flashback

I waited for my family and realitives to arrive while Eliza was trying to hold in her tears and Chloe was just bawling her eyes out. I knew this would be the last day of my life, I was losing too mush blood and it was getting harder and harder for me to breathe. I know I wanted to die, for good of course. I know I won't get to see my house again, feel the warmth of my bed at home. Have a good laugh with Eliza, Chloe and One Direction. Oh Well, some lives don't last very long.

"Mum." I asked. "Can you bring in Chloe and Eliza right after?" I asked. Mum nodded.

My whole family was either crying and no one looked happy at all. I knew I couldn't do anything to help. The fault was all the drivers.

Chloe and Eliza came in, finally. The people who I was going to give my final good byes to. Chloe, who I had been friends with since forever and we had made a life promise, to be at each other's wedding. Unfortunately that will not happen... but lets hope my spirit will be there. Eliza, I met her two years ago and we got along so well. I actually got to hang around some one famous for once, I mean well her brother and his band was really famous and she was really close with her brother so we got to hang with him.

Chloe came in, with a huge frown and Eliza, with a really upset face with a few tears. "Turn that frown up side down." I said but it didn't work. "I can't." Chloe said.

"Remember this, you two are the most important people in my life. I know you won't believe me but trush me, you two come before my family. Remember to live up everyday like it's your last, but this is my last and I can't do anything. You can achieve more things in life than I can seeing I am in this position and I can't move. I can't recover. My spirit will always be with you." I said calmly. I know this is the last. I closed my eyes and the last words I heard were from Chloe. "The promise will still happen."

The flashbacks of my life began playing. When I was 5, 6, 8. When Eliza first walked into the classroom with a million stares. When we went to the fair with Matt and Ryan. When Ryan left. When I went on a holiday to France with my family. When the car accident happened and lastly, the final words I said and heard.

My heart instantly stopped and I felt no more.
