Frantic and dizzy the distorted young woman hurried around the small room to get ready for work. Have been woken up from a very long and relaxing slumber, her body felt drained and heavy.

No doubt that last night's antics caught up to her especially her hands which she carefully wrapped with ice and soft gauze.

Her nightmare was just beginning and to say that brawl was just the first of many that would be coming to knock on her door. However, the Twenty-four-year-old had a feeling that her skeletons would soon come crawling out of the closet; one by one ready to devour her flesh once again and feed off her lonely soul.

Heaving one last sigh Kady grabbed her purse and keys, closing her large apartment door as she headed out as usual...late.

"Table five needs more OJ K" sending a quick glance to the lone gentleman at the table Kady sighed as she juggled the heavy weight of a large stack of pancakes and sausages on one tray and a steaming coffee pot in her left hand. Silently crying out that the morning rush ends quickly for her and her aching arms.

Handing the hot food to the waiting costumer she advanced to table five with the cup of orange juice that she grabbed from Mary, grateful that it was just one person. She watched him run his hands through his black hair as she walked up to his table.

She sat his glass down upon the table and waited for him to say something.

He was currently preoccupied by his cell and She didn't know why; it felt right. Like it was her duty, some weird approval that she was doing her job correctly.

He finally looked up at her and she felt shock course through her; to her surprise it was one of the GQ men that so gloriously left her a blubbering mess yesterday. Sending her a dazzling smile he looked at her nametag and picked up his glass.

"Thanks...Kady?" she nodded in approval; her cheeks heated up and for a second she was grateful that her skin was a nice shade dark enough to hide her scarlet cheeks.

"Y-you're welcome" she smiled just a little too big, to which he noticed her slight infatuation and smiled back and even winking at the helpless girl.

Too easy

He watched her awkwardly shift backwards before smiling and walking away; she was a mess. He didn't know why he sent him out to watch the girl; he didn't understand how she could possess so much fury in such a small body.

She looked like she barely met the average height of most women; 5'4 at the most. He was intrigued that was true, even he was enthralled by the small woman that took on two of Manolo's men.

All he saw was a short flustered woman that was under his spell. He didn't care at all for her; or her type. But they seemed to flock towards him like honey and bees; something his boss surely wanted to use to attract this dainty little one. In no time, he knew that his part of the plan would be complete and he could go back to doing what he did best; his job.

He didn't like watching over simple minded useless people that wound their way into their mess. Even by accident; he didn't have time to pity them. He barely had enough time to pity himself for getting into this business. But he knew the rules then and will always know the rules.

Watching the girl move back and forth down the diner made him tired and bored; he kept in contact with him throughout the entire time, not wanting to get on his bad side any further than he already had by complaining on doing this task.
