I was currently waiting for Stiles to come get me so that we can go to Allison's house and officially meet Ariella. My over-thinking about all of the bad possibilities that could come out of this was cut short by the sound of Stiles' blue jeep pulling into my driveway. I locked the door before going outside and getting in the passenger side. I looked at him and saw that he was also nervous and I knew why. I didn't tell him about what I saw in the woods but he was afraid she would turn out to be another Kate.

He backed out of my driveway before asking, "Do you think she's as good as Allison says?"

"I want to trust her judgment, I really do but, I did with Kate and you see what happened?" I looked over to him as he nodded and tightened his grip on the steering wheel. We drove in silence the rest of the way there and I knew we were both thinking the same thing.

We finally pulled into the Argents' driveway and I immediately noticed Lydia's car. I haven't spoken to Lydia since the whole thing with Peter went down so hopefully, this wouldn't be awkward.

We both got out of the car and started walking down the driveway when I heard Allison's voice. "Lydia that is so not funny!"

And then I heard three feminine laughs that I immediately distinguished as Allison, Lydia, and Ariella.

I hadn't realized that we made it to the door until Stiles knocked. I heard shuffling from inside, suddenly the door was opened by Ariella. She looked at us for a minute and smiled, exposing her perfectly straight white teeth and dimples. She reminded me of Allison when she smiled. She was also a lot prettier than what I thought, but then again the only times I did see her were from a distance. I looked over at Stiles and noticed the dumb smile he was wearing, probably because of how pretty she is, but I thought Allison was gorgeous so I put those feelings aside. I realized that we were just staring at her and neither of us had said a word.

"So are you guys gonna just stand there and stare like I'm a playboy model or are you gonna come in?" She asked with a playful smile as we just nodded. She stepped to the side and allowed us to come in.

As Stiles passed her he waved and muttered a 'hi' as I did the same. She closed the door and locked it before walking down the hall to the living room. I saw Allison and Lydia sitting across from each other laughing at whatever they were talking about before we walked in. Ariella sat next to Allison on the big couch while Stiles and I took the single seats opposite of them and in between us was the single couch Lydia was in.

Lydia looked over to us and smiled before turning to Ariella and asking her a question. "So, what brings you to Beacon Hills?"

Ariella looked at her for a second before replying, "I lived with my aunt all my life so I was separated from Allison, Chris, and Victoria. But my aunt was murdered here a couple weeks ago so I just moved here and took the opportunity to bond with the rest of my family." Ariella looked over to Allison and smiled; Allison returned one.

"That's right! Your aunt was also Kate. The same one who set that family on fire and was murdered because of it?" Lydia asked, oblivious to the real story.

Ariella looked at Lydia in awe by her words, but then her surprise turned to anger after she realized what Lydia said was true.

She narrowed her eyes and clenched her jaw before replying through her clenched teeth, "Yea, that's her."

I noticed her uneasiness so I quickly tried to change the subject, "So, Ariella, did you ever go to college?"

Ariella continued to burn holes into Lydia's head with her eyes while answering. "Yea I did but um, excuse me for a minute." Ariella got up and ran to the kitchen.
