I stayed up all night after I had gotten home from helping train Allison. Now I know why Kate was extra bitchier after training me, she had to go through that.

I was currently trying not to fall asleep at my desk. Honestly, I haven't gotten a lot of sleep since I've moved here, probably because I have this feeling that something bad is here, and it's gonna reveal itself very soon. I was pulled out of my thoughts when I heard a knock on my door.

"Come in!" I yelled louder than normal as I shot up and tried not to look like a zombie. Gerard walked in and I greeted him with a smile.

"Hey Grandpa!"

"Gerard!" He told me with a stern voice.

"What?" I asked as I cocked an eyebrow.

"We are in a workplace, so to you it is Gerard, or Mr. Argent." He told me as he stood in front of my desk and crossed his arms.

"Okay?" I said as I creased my eyebrows together. "Was there something you needed?" I asked as I leaned back in my chair and crossed my legs.

"Yes actually. One of our students, Erica Reyes, had an epileptic seizure and was rushed to the hospital yesterday." He told me as he finally sat down.

"Oh my, is she okay?" I asked concerned.

"Yeah she's fine. Thankfully Scott McCall 'felt' that she was in trouble and was there to catch her when she fell off the rock wall. And Allison for guiding him on what to do." He said, watching me intently, probably because my eyes widened when he said Scott's name.

"Yea, she's lucky." I said with a not-so-convincing smile.

"She certainly is." He said as he narrowed his eyes at me.

"Well, I have to use the bathroom. I will see you later, bye!" I rushed out as I walked to the door and went out.

As soon as I got out the office, I started to run down the hall. My tan heels clanking on the tile floor echoed down the hall as I headed towards the cafeteria, knowing that it was lunch time. I looked down at my white dress to make sure there were no coffee stains; this dress was just like the blue one I wore on my first day. As I was reaching the cafeteria I fixed my matching tan leather jacket and walked in. I was used to all the students staring at me as I walk by, like wolves watching their pray.

I found Scott and Stiles sitting at a table towards the back, that's where I went. I slammed my palms against the table, causing both of the boys to jump, I was surprised considering the fact that Scott had supernatural hearing; he should have heard me coming.

"What the hell were you thinking Scott?" I asked with a hard look.

"Wha- what are you talking about?" He asked in confusion.

"You can't just go around catching people that fall because you 'felt' that they were in trouble. If you thought my grandpa was on to you before, he's gonna be all over your ass now wolfie. And do you even realize the-" I started to ramble until I noticed he wasn't even paying attention.

"Scott?"

Nothing.

"Scott McCall?"

Still nothing.

I looked over at Stiles for help, only to see him looking the same way Scott was. I followed their gaze to see a girl with blonde hair and red lipstick, biting down on a kid's apple, very seductively. I stood up straight from leaning over the table and crossed my arms. Just as I was about to ask a question, someone beat me to it.

"What in the holy hell, is that?" Lydia annoyingly asked as she slammed down her lunch tray.

"Is that-?" Stiles started.

"Erica?" Scott finished.

"Yeah." Stiles answered his own question.

As she strutted out of the cafeteria in her cheetah print heels, black skirt, and white tank top, Scott, Stiles, and I rushed to follow her out. Scott pushed the doors opened and we all ran out, only to have my stomach drop, along with my face. She was climbing into the car of the one and only, Derek Hale. Right before she got in, she shot me a bitchy smile. Derek watched her get in and turned to look at us. He smiled a very proud smile until he saw me and his smile turned into a straight line; Scott and Stiles must have noticed because they turned to look at me too. I dropped my jealous look and narrowed my eyes at him. He just nodded before pulling off.

"What the holy hell was that?" I asked, remembering that Lydia had said the same thing not even five minutes ago.

"That was Derek, and the new and improved Erica Reyes. She seems to be doing well, glad you saved her Scott!" Stiles scoffed very sarcastically.

"Not shit Sherlock!" I yelled at the same time Scott yelled. "Shut up Stiles!"

He just narrowed his eyes and sighed.

"She's a werewolf, I sensed it. Why would he change her?" Scott asked as he ran a hand through his hair.

"Well, now that he's an alpha he can change people. I mean Erica was an outcast. Maybe he did her a favor." Stiles replied with a shrug.

"I get that, but he never agreed with biting innocent people, he always seemed to believe that it was a curse, I just don't understand." Scott cried out.

"He's an alpha Scott. Alpha's only want one thing; do you know what that is?" I asked him, only to get a confused nod.

"Power, Scott. They only want power. The more betas' they have in their pack, the stronger they get. That? That was him getting faster, the next will be stronger, and the next will be better heightened senses. Don't you two understand?" I asked looking in between the two clearly confused boys.

"He's recruiting guys. He's recruiting his pack because he knows my family has drawn the battle lines."
