The plane landed and Josh was shaking.
What if what Tyler said actually was true? He was still having doubts about everything. What the hell is he dealing with?
Who the hell is he engaged to?
What will Tyler's parents think of him? Oh God-
A carriage with two beautiful palomino horses awaited Taylor, Tyler and Josh when they got off the plane. Where the plane landed was on a large platform on an enormous beach. Josh could see, hear and smell the sea. The day was pretty, but it was kind of windy. There was a harbor near the plane platform.
"A carriage?" Josh rose an eyebrow, cringing. A carriage is...girly.
Tyler gulped in embarrassment, rising his fist and coughing into it "Yeah"
Josh's jaw dropped as he noticed "Are you embarrassed of yourself?"
"I-"
"Tyler, it's okay, really. This is just new to me, that's all" Josh kissed Tyler's cheek. He didn't want Tyler to think he'll make fun of him for his Prince lifestyle. He was aware Tyler had no choice. He was born like this and this is how he had to grow up. He's not gonna be the one to shame Tyler.
"I just wish we could have a normal relationship. I wish we could get married the normal way" Tyler led Josh into the carriage, gesturing for Josh to walk inside first with his tender hand. And thus, Josh climbed into the carriage
The inside was covered in red velvet with touches of gold. Two benches stood one across the other. It was quite small, but it was incredibly comfortable. Josh could probably get used to this. Taylor jumped inside before Tyler and Tyler sighed as he got in the last, the door closed by a servant behind him. Tyler sat down beside his fiancé; Taylor sat opposite them, already looking out the window.
"Don't worry, Tyler. You're more important to me as a person than as the ways or traditions or whatever of your family" Josh assured, placing his palm softly onto Tyler's thigh.
Tyler sighed again. Josh's laughs on the plane were still ringing in his ears and paining his heart. He started straightening his clothes and making sure his crown is standing straight on his head.
Josh was amazed by how lazily and carelessly Taylor behaved. He didn't even care about sitting like Tyler did his best to; back straight, gaze forwarded.
Josh pulled the soft red curtains aside to look outside the window on the way to the castle that still didn't catch his eye; he was too busy staring at Tyler until this point.
The village they went through looked medieval. As if Josh was watching a movie. Everything, actually, looked like a movie. The people, the houses, the road, the nature.
"Is there signal here?" Josh asked, turning to Tyler rapidly.
Tyler laughed, shaking his head ever so lightly "There is in the castle"
Taylor snorted, he probably rolled his eyes too "Do you think I'd be visiting at all if there were no signal?"
Josh and Tyler laughed at that.
"I haven't ever seen you crying" Josh commented, remembering what Taylor told him that first night in the casino. The night was very blurry in Josh's mind, but he remembered that. Haha, 'blurry'. It's funny because Tyler calls himself Blur- you get it.
"Don't make him cry now" Tyler said jokingly with a small chuckle.
Josh proceeded to stare out the window. There wasn't even an asphalt road. Just dirt. The houses of the people were made of wood. Everybody had the same, poor-looking clothes.
