"It's Wentz" Patrick said, spelling the word out too.
Josh nodded, picking out a contact in his phone and pressing the green button. He winked at Patrick and the prisoner gave a small smile, not really sure of what Josh was doing.
"Yo, Bren" Josh said into the phone and Patrick frowned. Josh gestured for him to stay calm with his hand.
"Hey, what's up Prince Charming?" Brendon chuckled.
"We haven't married yet" Josh rolled his eyes "I'd call you to attend the wedding if we were coming here to marry"
"What do his parents think of you?" Brendon continued curiously and Josh could hear him jumping onto their squeaky chair.
"They're still on a business trip or something" Josh mumbled, realizing he didn't call Brendon for nothing "But let's stop about me. I'm doing something serious and I need your help"
"Oh"
"I need you to find someone for me" Josh said, slowly and carefully; Patrick's eyes lit up a little "His name is Pete Wentz"
"And that's it?" Brendon let out an empty laugh; the chair beneath his pretty ass squeaked again "I'm gonna need a little more than that"
Josh covered the microphone with his palm, leaning toward the bars and whispering "Where does he live?"
"M- I think it's called M- Malibu" Patrick replied, brows furrowed in thought until he was sure of his answer and he nodded.
Josh moved his palm off the phone's microphone "Malibu"
"Alright, I'll see what I can do" Brendon assured "Why do you need the dude though?"
"I-" Josh looked at Patrick and figured what he had to say wasn't really for the broken man's ears. He rose his index finger to excuse himself and walked into another hallway. He sighed "There's a prisoner in the castle's dungeons. He's innocent, legit did nothing wrong. If I save him, I'll be a hero and Tyler's family will love me!"
"Dude, that idea..." Brendon made a pause that worried Josh, but not for long "...is sick!"
Josh mentally sighed in relief, laughing "I know right? I'm a genius"
"You sure are" Brendon confirmed in an impressed voice. He quickly turned the conversation topic onto himself "I think Dallon's cheating on me"
Josh rolled his eyes "You've been thinking that ever since he went to Miami, Bee"
"But he is! I'm sure of it now" Brendon spoke louder "Guess what? He went to another party! Dallon isn't a party guy. He's a nerd. Why the hell would he go to four parties each week?!"
"If he wants to let go and party, that does not mean he's cheating on y-"
"Yes, it does! It means he's attending these parties because of some chick or some dude and he's leaving me behind and he's lying to me and he's cheating on me!" Brendon spoke very loud and very fast; Josh just continued to roll his eyes. Dallon was probably the most loyal person in the world, but Brendon had major trust issues.
"Brendon, just please find the Pete guy and stop being so paranoid"
"Okay" Brendon hung up.
Josh exhaled heavily and returned to Patrick. The prisoner's grip on the bars tightened and his eyes widened in interest "Does he know Petey?"
"He doesn't" Josh said, pocketing his phone after checking his battery; 46% "But he's going to. We'll find him"
"I- I don't know what to say" Patrick stammered a little, running his hand through his long hair; a strand got caught up between his fingers and fell out of its place. Josh cringed as Patrick dropped the thatch-like strand onto the ground.
"What's your last name?" Josh asked, thinking that information might help Brendon; he'll text him later.
"Stump" Patrick replied, smiling weakly.
He seemed so... sweet. So innocent and just very precious. He would never even think about robbing a the Teelhia castle. He was probably, like Josh, unaware of the very existence of the kingdom.
"Is- Is Pete your boyfriend?" Josh asked slowly, rising his brows.
Patrick just nodded and rubbed his eyes to hold back tears.
"He's looking for you" Josh whispered, remembering Troy's words. Maybe this'll give Patrick some hope. He deserves it.
"What? He is?" Patrick's lips spread into the widest grin Josh's ever witnessed; it was contagious, Josh just had to smile too. Josh nodded and Patrick squealed, covering his face with his hands. If he had strength in him, he'd surely start dancing.
"Josh" a voice belonging to five different people spoke, making Josh's eyes pop.
The person was probably standing behind him and he could see their reflection in Patrick's misty eyes. It was a Prince, of course, but Josh couldn't tell the color of his cape. He spun a full half circle and faced...
"Tyler!" Josh grinned and kissed his Prince, his beloved fiancé.
"Let's go" Tyler said, exhaling slightly angrily. He was trying his best not to be angry with Josh; Josh wasn't a child, even though he seemed like one.
Once out of the dungeons, they walked together, hand in hand. Tyler rubbed his thumb against Josh's skin in soothing small circles "What did you tell him?"
"Nothing" Josh rolled his eyes annoyedly "You found me before I could say anything to him"
"I did?"
"Trust issues, huh?" Josh rose a brow, showing how offended he was by Tyler's small and harmless question.
"Sorry" Tyler mumbled, opening the door to Josh's room and closing it once they both entered the pretty area.
