Assasins are devided into 3 types.

And lastly, The Leaders. Where the EMPEROR is the one who leads since he has the highest position in the underground society. They are the leaders of their group. Even a sole assasin is a in this type since he/she leads her/his self. The joker was identified as a leader. But she has no position in this type or group of assasin. So that gave her the codename, joker.
