Wears a standard uniform: Purple coat and a tie, with a matching skirt. Straight, black hair that reaches up to half of her back. On the the left side of her ear, she wears a clip which is decorated with two pink wings. Eye colour is green. Conira is known to be very beautiful.
Good, although outstanding beauty + rare eye color is pretty cliche and standard.
Personality:
Corina is very popular. Because of her looks, grades and personality, she is liked by both student and teachers. At first glance, she is extremely nice and charismatic, she is actually a manipulator.

She does not care whom she hurts, whether it'd be emotionally or physically, she will do anything she can to get what she wants. Using her ability to read emotions, she finds out what a person likes or dislikes. She then uses that information and get closer to them.
I appreciate that she is not perfect and in fact is not a great person, most authors aren't willing to do that to their character
Bio:
Both her parents were powerful people whom worked in the government. In order to keep their reputation, they pressured their daughter to be a perfect person. Corina, being pressured by the tremendous amount of stress, turned to more desperate measures.
I like this because it fits with her personality, but be careful with this plot line it is used often.

Hard to say because you didn't include too much information but I like that the OC isn't that great of a person.

I think you have a great basis and the character sounds interesting, but again I don't know that much about her to be able to gauge fully.
Mary Sue: Definitely not, this character sounds a bit too mean and manipulative to be a sue.
