So where are we going?? She asked frustrated

Business awards function... I said casually

Why me?? She asked raising her eye brow

Coz unfortunately you are my wife.. I said suppressing my laughter.

She gave me hilarious look and gave me tight punch on my arm.

I don't wanna come.. Business parties are so boring.. Ewww... She commented

O madam. This is huge one... I said rolling my eyes

Amoor will be there?? She asked excitedly

Probably... I said clenching my teeth on hearing his name.

You know Mr.khan im really comfortable around him. So that would be good if he'll be there. She kept blabbering..

After covering few kms  we finally reached the venue.

We step out hand in hand. She gave me pleasing smile which melted my heart.

As we step inside. I parted away from her and went meeting with my Business men's...

She disappeared in the crowd.

I was busy with every one when one of the men asked me about my wife and it immediately clicked me where she would be??

Eh-excuse me. I excused myself from every one and started looking for Afsha.

There she was sitting in a bar with a drink.

Wh-what the?? She is drinking... I whined at myself for leaving her alone.

I'm not ready to face your hangover madam. Stay away from drink if you can't afford it. I yell at her

She snap her head towards me angrily.

For your Kind information Mr.khan. I'm taking water here nor any drink. She said sternly showing me the glass which was filled with water.

Eh-Look I'm sorry.. I said apologising

Afsha ready?? I heard Amoor saying whilst walking towards her.

Yup. She said ignoring me and walked away with Amoor hand in hand towards the dance floor.

I felt pang in my heart.

Alright Alright Abheer. You don't feel for her right. You just like her. It nothing extreme like love. So its okay if she dances with any other guy. Jannath said appearing from nowhere

Ye-yeah i don't love her. I said more to myself  my eyes still glaring at them

She is just your wife and a relation without love is nothing so its nothing. Jannath said keeping hand on my shoulder.

Her words were giving me more pain so ignoring her words i directly offered her for dance and she happily agreed.

We hit the dance floor my eyes still glaring at Afsha and Amoor.

The track played and we kept dancing on its beat...

Later dancing position got changed and Afsha came in my arms. I inhaled her scent holding her tight which always gave me pleasure. Slowly we moved dancing. Keeping hands on her waist i pulled her closer and her face came in contact with me.

Whats wrong?? Why are you behaving like that? Afsha asked widening her eyes.

You did this on purposely right? To hurt me?  I asked touching my forehead with hers.

Does it really hurts you?? She asked softly

No. I said pushing her away.

I don't love her than why I am i feeling pang in my chest. Loving will only destroy me...

I hate this feeling. Sorry Afsha i like you as my wife but Loving you. I cant. I just cant.

Cause i believe whom ever i had love is always taken away from me. And i don't want to loose you..
