Chapter 15

Zoe's P.O.V

I finally arrive back at the hotel. I get inside go to my closet. What should I wear? I finally decide on a outfit it looks good not too dressy or fancy just casual. i get dressed with blue skinny jeans,tan boots, white beadier with my favorite purple/pink scarf.

I go to my mirror I don't look that bad. I go over to my bed and pick up my phone 6:52. I smile I'm so excited My belly is full of butterflies right now I need to clam down. I take deep breaths everything's going to be fine Ryan and I are going to have good time it's been a long time since I've been on a date. What if it ends badly? Or I get hurt and he breaks my heart? No Ryan's nice and sweet he won't do that. "Get it together Zoe you can do this!" Great I'm talking to myself I sound crazy!!! While I'm talking to my self I hear a knock. OMG!! It's him!!! I can do this calm down.

"Coming,hang on." I hear him say "ok" I go and grab my purse and my hotel key card. I open the door and their he is Ryan Tedder! At my door going on a date with him. I smile and look at what he's wearing a white t-shirt,blue skinny jeans with a black leather jacket, and converses. Wow he looks really good! "You ready to go?" I snap out my thoughts. "Oh yes I'm ready."

I shut the door we head. Out it feels really nice out maybe 70 degrees I take a deep breath and smell the fresh spring follow smell my favorite! I get in Ryan's car. I don't know where we're going? I wonder if he'll tell me? "Hey Ryan?" I get nervous all of a sudden "Yes beautiful." I feel my checks heat up great I'm blushing quick turn your head before he sees the effect he has on me!

I turn my head to look out the window after a moment I look back. And ask "where exactly are we going?" He smiles. "That's a surprise I'm not telling you!" I frown then I come up with a idea I lean in close to Ryan. I smell his Cologne smells really good I can't think what kind it is though? I snap out of it come on Zoe you can do this! I bat my eyes and ask again. "Come on please?" I give him the puppy dog face I probably look stupid right now but I don't care

I hear his breath hitch. Then he laughs "Good one you almost got me, I'm not telling you miss Bennett but I'm not telling you! Even if you do look cute with your puppy dog face." I lean back in my seat and pout like a child darn why can't I be like my mom and get things I want? She had no problem with dad! Oh well I tried that counts for something right? After a while I watch buildings passing by and close my eyes and fall asleep.
