Chapter 16

Zoe's P.O.V

I wake up and see we have arrived at our destination. I move my arms in front of me and stretch oh wow it feels really good to stretch. I hear a laugh next to me. I turn my heard and see Ryan with a goofy smile. I glare at him why is he laughing at me?

He calms down and stops laughing seeing that I'm giving him the stink eye. I ask "what's so funny?" I can't think of anything that could be funny! "When you stretched you looked relaxed and happy I guess that nap you took was good?" I smile "yeah it was I feel very rested thank you very much." I see on the dash board it's 8:00 my eyes widen I slept for a hour? Wow I feel good though!

"And you said my name in your dream." He smiles OMG I said his name?!? I try to think back to what I dreamt about I come up blank!! I blush I'm so embarrassed right now!! Darn it I knew I shouldn't went to sleep!! I swallow the lump in my throat and ask. "What else did I say?" He tilts his head " well you said my name like maybe two times or was it three? I can't remember. I see he has a twinkle in his eyes. Now he's just teasing me!! OMG I just want to change the subject right now.

I look out the window and see nothing but cars In a parking lot "Umm where are we?" Ryan smiles "we are at the Zoo. You like animals right?" Cool I haven't been to the zoo in so long now I'm defiantly excited!! "Of course animals are cute." I don't hide the excitement in my voice I feel like a child again I haven't been to the Zoo since I was seven years old. Wow it's been along time. We get out Ryan grabs my hand and we walk up to the gate the sign says Denver Zoo with a lions head on the top building its purple and orange. we get inside and it's so beautiful first when I we walked in and go to where the maps are Ryan grabs one.

I smirk "Don't know your way around?" He gives me one eyebrow pulled up and smirks "No this is for you thought you could say where you wanted to go first unless you don't know how to read zoo maps." Ryan winks I smack his left arm "of course I can read!! Here give me the map." He gives it to me I look where I want us to go I put the map in my purse and grab Ryan's right arm "Lets go" I start dragging him from behind me "where are we going?" He asks I turn and tell him "the fishies" I say it in a little girls voice I start jumping up and down I can't help it I love fish I love there colors. "Alright but don't rip my arm off!" Ryan laughs

we arrive at the aquarium there so beautiful then I look up and see there's glass above our heads where the fish are swimming. I smile and pinch Ryan on the arm he jumps and glares at me I give him my innocent face he doesn't buy it. I chuckle a little then I point up he looks up and smiles big." Isn't that awesome it's like we're surrounded by them!" He looks at me and says "yeah it's like we're swimming with them too." Yeah it's so cool I think to myself

I go over to see this big fish it looks like oval and it's grey then I see it go all the down the bottom and camouflage my eyes get wide wow that's Amazing. I'm so entranced with it I didn't even feel Ryan grab my hand and of course as soon as he grabbed my hand I felt the sparks. I look at him and he smiles at me. "Ready to go look around more?" I nod we walk out and see a cart full of bananas and cotton candy Ryan asks "want something?" I smile I picked the blue cotton candy and Ryan gets a banana we go over to see the monkeys. The monkeys look at Ryan's banana oh boy this can't be good. I thought the Monkey was gonna grab his banana but then Ryan starts imitate the monkeys he smirks at me and starts making monkey sounds and putting his hand on his head and arm pit and dances I start laughing I can't stop I have tears in my eyes then what makes me laugh even harder is while Ryan was doing the monkey dance a monkey grabbed his banana Ryan says "hey!!" Wow my cheeks hurt so much now.

Ryan says "you think that's funny? The damn monkey stole my banana!" Oh what he's blaming me now? "Well that probably wouldn't happen if you weren't monking him." I say then Ryan gets a twinkle in his eyes I back up oh no what's he up too? "Ryan why you looking at me like that?" He smiles and comes closer and closer then he grabs me and starts tickling me "Ryan stop no please I-I can't no jahaha after a while he stops I slap his arm "you almost made me pee!! Don't do that again!!" I try to calm myself down and take deep breaths.

"Well you asked for it." Ryan said. I smile "yeah whatever." We walk out holding hands it got dark really fast we head to the car. "Did you have fun?" Ryan asks I smile "yeah I did thank you for taking me." Then he puts his hand on my knee "no problem I like you laugh a lot it's cute." I blush omg

then He starts the car we get to my hotel I try to get out but Ryan stops me I turn toward him. " since you had a lot of fun you want to go on a second date with me?" He looks hopeful how can I say no? "Yeah. Would love too" I say he smiles "great ill text you later." Then he winks I was getting out but then I asked "your not gonna tell me are you?" He smiles "your just gonna have to find out then he winks again. I wave bye and get inside.
