***Nash's POV***
"Well... Violet, your doctor said that you could leave. He wants you back in here on Tuesday morning." relief flushes through my body. "So.. seeing that today is Sunday. You have two days. However... you will have to be stationed in a wheelchair. Your mother is downstairs signing paper work and getting you one. She wanted me to tell you to go ahead and get dressed if you can." I look at Violet who is sitting next to me with her mouth parted. Taking in all of this information. I feel bad that she is going to be in a wheelchair, but I am also glad she can leave this prison.
"Okay thank you, Amanda. " Violet says dismissing the nurse. After she leaves the room, shutting the door behind her, I look at Violet who is staring at my hands. I grab hers and kiss it. She seems still kind of upset.
"You get to get out!" I say with an encouraging smile. She smiles slightly. "I love you baby." I say. I want her to smile completely and I get what I want.
"I love you." she says with a bright smile. Then her lips turn into an uneasy look. "Um. Nash..." she scratches the back of her neck seeming nervously awaiting for the right time to ask something. "This might sound really awkward.. but will you... um help me get dressed? I mean if you don't-"
"I will help you." I say cutting her off of her ramble.
"Thanks..." she says shyly. "Will you bring my bag over here? I will shower later." I walk over to grab her bag and notice a picture on top. It is a picture of me at my photo shoot from last summer. "Do not stare at yourself forever." Violet interrupts my thoughts trying to rush me and I walk her bag over to her.
"You know... you know me too well" I say with a playful smirk. I sit the bag in between us on the bed. "What are you wearing? When Morgan picks you up, which I am still not happy that I am not taking you, but that's irrelevant" I say rolling my eyes dramatically. "Anyway.. When they come to get you, they're taking you to Starbucks and I am going to m apartment to change. We are all meeting at the movies." I wink. She finishes rummaging around in her bag.
"Sounds good. I am gonna wear this." she says holding up jean shorts and a seafoam green crop top that says 'Dance Like No One is Watching'. I cant stop before the words fall out of my mouth. "I wish I could have seen you dance. I am sure you were great." I say wondering if I shouldn't have brought the sore subject up. Her giggles lighten my mood and I smile at her response.
"Mom has plenty of videos. Maybe you'll be lucky and she will show you. " she says laughing. "Okay now turn around while I change shirts." I roll my eyes but do as I am told. I hear her grunting as she changes. After what seems like 20 minutes, she finally speaks up. "Okay. Now I could use your help." I turn around to her struggling to pull on her shorts over her leg brace.
"here, let me help you." I take the shorts from her tiny fingers. I slide the material up her legs. I tug at them gently over her bruised legs, proceeding up her thigh. "I don't think you want me to finish so I am going to hold you up so you can pull them the rest of the way." She smiles and puts her arms around my neck and I hold her up by her upper thigh to allow her to move her hands to pull up her shorts. I kiss her neck as I put her back on the bed.
"Thanks." she goes back into the bag and grabs her seafoam green Vans. "Hand me my phone." I demand with a smile. He trudges over to the counter retrieving myphone. I sigh because have so many notifications. 3 messages from Morgan. 2 from Tristyn and 5 Twitter notifications I go to my messages first to text back Morgan and Tristyn before they freak out even more.
To Morgan aka My Other Half:
