It has been two days and Jaehi was still unconscious. The demons were getting restless.
"Don't worry. It has always been like this. Last time this happened she was knocked out for a whole week," Hayi assured them.
"That long?" Saejin asked in disbelief. Hayi nodded and said that her energy as a kid back then wasn't as much as now. Just then, Jaehi shifted slowly as her eyes fluttered open.
"Why are all of you here again?" Her tone was confused. The demons' smiles turned into a frown.
"She doesn't remember," Haeyeon telepathied with the rest of them except Jaehi. So they played along and didn't mention a bit about the incident. But Jaehi saw her friends' wound and injuries.
"Why are you guys injured?"
"Wha... No, it's nothing," Hyerin stiffled a laugh and hid her hands. Eventually, Jaehi remembered what had happened and turned to her sister, sighing deeply.
"You're hiding it from me again sis. Guys, I'm sorry. I...I'm not a good friend," her voice slow and guilty. Her friends smiled gently and pulled her into a group hug.
"It's nothing Jaehi. You're the best friend one can get," Seungjo giggled and Haneul nodded. She smiled a little.
"To cheer everyone up, let's have our outing on Earth tomorrow!" Haeyeon suggested and the others cheered. Jaehi excused herself by saying she wanted to clear her mind.
"No can do. Go out with us and you'll be forgiven," Saejin grinned teasingly. The younger twin sighed and nodded, finally agreeing.
Earth, Seoul, the next day...
"Please take care of her V!" Hayi waved to the couple and walked off with Jimin. Jaehi almost facepalmed. They didn't tell her it will be a couple outing. Now it feels like a date, she grumbled to herself. All of the couples parted ways at the cafe they had their brunch.
