This happens everyday
I'll wake up at three
And I won't be okay
I try desperately
To make this feeling go away
But it shakes its head
And continues to stayMy throat will tighten
My mind going elsewhere
I try to remain hidden
So I won't have to go anywhere
I just want this feeling to go away
But it shakes its head
And continues to stayThroughout the day
I'll shred my fingers
And I must say
I might be seeing figures
This feeling needs to go away
But it shakes its head
And continues to stayBy night it'll fade
Because no one will be around
With this I am okay
But then the others will frown
And the feeling leaves
With a nod of its head
Finally relievedBut now it's morning
Three to be exact
And the feeling comes running
And I'm greeted with a heart attack
I plead for this feeling to go away
But it shakes its head
And continues to stay
