This happens everyday
I'll wake up at three
And I won't be okay
I try desperately
To make this feeling go away
But it shakes its head
And continues to stay
                              My throat will tighten
My mind going elsewhere
I try to remain hidden
So I won't have to go anywhere
I just want this feeling to go away
But it shakes its head
And continues to stay
                              Throughout the day
I'll shred my fingers
And I must say
I might be seeing figures
This feeling needs to go away
But it shakes its head
And continues to stay
                              By night it'll fade
Because no one will be around
With this I am okay
But then the others will frown
And the feeling leaves
With a nod of its head
Finally relieved
                              But now it's morning
Three to be exact
And the feeling comes running
And I'm greeted with a heart attack
I plead for this feeling to go away
But it shakes its head
And continues to stay

Poems of Mine
PoetryThis is a series of original poems that I wrote so that I could clear my head a bit.
