A/N: Wow, updating two days in a row! I've had to split this into 3 parts as it got so long...anyway, slight story progression now :)

It's my 16th birthday and I'm ecstatic! So much is recognized by this landmark - most of all that my "secret" relationship can be slightly less secret now. Which reminds me, I've got English today...

Walking into English, arms filled with gift bags and the mountain of sweets I bought on my way to school, I enter the classroom with a clatter of laughter and pure excitement. Sure enough, my beautiful girlfriend is smiling at me, shaking her head in disbelief.

"What's with all the stuff Abby?" she asks, feigning innocence, suppressing laughter.

"Oh, sorry Miss," I start with a weak smile, "It's my birthday, and I tend to go overboard..."

"Aww, well happy birthday and I don't think all that's gonna fit under your desk. Leave it over here." she says, gesturing to her desk. As I make my way across the classroom, she plucks 3 Haribo's out of the bag in my hand.

"Yes, of course you can have a sweet Miss" I retort sarcastically, then add jokingly "Make a start on the Skittles and I'll kill you!"

As the lesson settles down, our test from last lesson is handed back. Beth and Georgie, my 2 closest friends, whisper to me and inform me that they both got A's in the essay. I flip mine over. "Current Grade: A* Target: The stars!!! Excellent analysis. Try to include a little more on Miller's intentions, but no real work needed :)" I never thought I'd see her use an emoticon - I'm gobsmacked at my score as I never normally get above a B+ in English, so this really is the icing on the cake. The obvious "Titanic" reference makes me chuckle - the thought of her sending me "to the stars" causes arousal to build at the sheer thought. Beth and Georgie simply roll their eyes when they see my sheet.

As the lesson progresses, the events of Act 2 wash over me like a gentle breeze, leaving my imagination to roam free. Images of birthday cake and Sarah, me eating birthday cake off her delicious thighs...

"Right, everyone, pack away" fires me back to reality with a jolt. "Williams, I need a word," she orders with authority in her voice. I slowly make my way over to her desk as the rest of the class disperse and am met with a formal "Just about the homework - your content was great, but I need you to talk about what the playwright wanted to convey..." Her voice trails off when she realizes we're alone.

"What I really wanted to do was to give you your birthday present" she says with a smile as she reaches into her rucksack, and pulls out small parcel. I eagerly unwrap it, and encased in a jewellery box is a beautiful bracelet with a solitary heart-shaped charm. I open the charm, and engraved inside it is our initials - A&S. As I feel tears of happiness begin to form, I reach over the desk and plant a gentle kiss on her soft lips. The kiss quickly becomes a make out session; I readily accept her tongue when it traces my lips. As the kiss becomes heated, she pulls away.

"Now for your second surprise. Are you free tonight?" She asks with a twinkle in her eye.

"Yes, I'm going out tomorrow, but tonight's fine" I respond quickly.

"I have a surprise for you, it'll take all night, to give you a proper birthday to remember." She says with a wink. "I'll pick you up by the park at 5:30 then?" She says as we both walk out of the classroom. She gently rubs my shoulder and leans in to kiss me goodbye. Remembering where we are, she thinks better of it and walks quickly down the corridor.

As I watch her leave, I see Mrs Parris, another English teacher, glaring at me from the other end of the corridor. She has obviously just witnessed the exchange and, judging by her expression, she has assumed the worst - I fear my closely-guarded secret may be beginning to unravel...
