"Writers are great thieves and liars."
This is a thing one author used to describe herself as well as other authors. They steal people's experiences, traits, and characteristics to compose a story. You can't charge them with plagiarism because it is their own idea; they just make use of the events and things. Others make up stories to fulfill one's imagination and fantasy.
For my case, I borrowed this story from one of my close friends. So basically, most events in this were true and inspired in real life. (Not based on the author's personal life)
Yet, for some privacy and protection, major details (names, places) are changed or remained a mystery.
I hope you enjoyed this short story of decisions, chances and sparks of destiny—the short story of Elly and Ashley.
