They never stay
Picking at your brain
Day after day
Making you think they're a delight
In reality they leave and are out of sight
You told me you'd stay
Look what has happened
Everything is decay
Things I used to enjoy
I find dull and pushed away
Fuck, I'm sick of our friendship
Can I even call it that?
Gradually let me fade and crack
So sorry I didn't help enough
I deserve this pain, life being so tough
So much less happy
Wondering if you're mad at me
Nothing will ever be the same again
We're going down different paths, old friend
You've changed so much
Dont even know you anymore
Hang in there, know I'm always there
Is this the end?
Our friendship is bent
Wasted time, where have our lives gone?
So sorry, old friend
You promised you'd stay
Blood brothers forever
Maybe this is just bad weather
Perhaps this is goodbye forever?
