Learning the Truth

Lilith's P.O.V.

Capture the Flag this is my favorite thing to do at camp, I can get my frustration out and at the time I had someone with me to restrain because today was pretty crappy. So as I and Amber started heading to the woods I felt something watching us and I turned around and tackled Percy (what a surprise) to the ground.

"Jeez do you tackle everyone to the ground" Percy muttered

I laughed and helped him up "Not usually but then again nobody tries to sneak up on me"

"Fair point"

"If you two are done do you mind telling me the rules," Amber said clearly annoyed

"Amber chill we're friends and Chiron will tell us the rules," I said angrily

Third Person P.O.V.

Chiron then spoke up "Alright campers remember all magic items are allowed no maiming and please try not to kill one another the river is one of the boundaries, only 1 guard on each flag, and you take prisoners weapons but you can't tie or bind them up."

Amber's P.O.V.

'Capture the Flag, not too hard right' I was totally wrong as Chiron explained the rules I got super spooked when he finished explaining the rules Lilith turned to me and ask "Are you ready?"

I shook my head an replied "No I'm terrified"

She chuckled "Don't worry that's why Annabeth put us on flag patrol well she put me your gonna be in my view so I can help if I need to but I can still protect the flag" When she was done explaining I simply nodded and hoped that the gods would be generous and I wouldn't be hurt.

As we got into positions I heard Lilith muttering under her breath I decided to ask later I heard a horn blow and yells coming from campers I assume. I heard Lilith swear as she got slashed on her left wrist by a sword, "Lilith" I cried she looked at me with concern and I guess she realized I was worried about her wrist because she mouthed the words It's fine to Thank the gods, then I saw the Athena campers come back with a flag and I realized we won!!!

That's when Lilith told a camper to watch me and ran off, I didn't know what that was about so I just stayed with that camper that was supposed to watch me.

Lilith's P.O.V.

I felt bad for leaving Amber but I had a bad feeling that something was happening at the river so I rushed over there with Annabeth on my heels. And sadly my instincts were right as I approached the river I saw a Hellhound and I immediately killed it with the help of one of Chiron's arrows when I looked at Annabeth I saw that she was studying Percy she then asked him "Percy get out of the water"

"Why?" Percy asked

"Just do it please whenever Annabeth asks you for something there is usually a reason behind it," I told Percy

He stepped out of the water and scratches from the fight with the hellhound came back and started bleeding badly he was about to collapse but Annabeth caught him and stood him up in the river and he healed quickly.

The weirdest thing happened next a green Trident started hovering above his head "He can't possibly be my brother" I asked Chiron

"I'm sorry Lilith but it looks to be that way," Chiron said looking grim.

Percy's P.O.V.

I didn't understand the big deal about healing when the water touched that's when Lilith asked Chiron "He can't possibly be my brother"

"I'm sorry Lilith it looks to be that way," Chiron said looking grim 'I'm her brother' I looked up and saw the sign of Poseidon. I'm the son of Poseidon.

"All hail Perseus Jackson, son of Poseidon God of Seas, Earthshaker, Stormbringer, Lord of Horses" Chiron said as he bowed all the other campers except Lilith did the same.
