Chiharu's P.O.V.-

So it is already May,huh! So many things have been changed this year. Living temporarily in this flat with Nagi and Kayura is not that lonely as I thought. My part time job as a maid is going pretty well. If that goes on like this, I think I can start my studies again next year.

I have heard that my mom and dad have started a business again, though they are divorced by now. What amazes me is that Nagi and Hayate could actually resolved things so soon. I heardly cared about them before my home was destroyed. But as I helped Nagi during the competition with Ruka, that brat caught my eyes. Though she was too dependent and arrogant primarily, she had the gut to proceed.

I became so enthusiastic upon hearing her apparent love story with Hayate. I was shocked when I knew that she then misunderstood his attempt of kidnapping as his confession of love. But I couldn't gather the courage to confront her to tell the truth. The situation certainly became the worst for that.

Now that I think about it, my parents only abandoned me, rather I decided not to join them. But Hayate's parents not only sold him but wanted to have benefits by harming him.

But somehow they could settle everything between them after all. And that girl is still suffering to grow up, a lot. This week she could handle the marketing all alone somehow. She sucked at it when we came here first. She really is the protagonist of her own story.

Upon seeing her, I think I can start working on a light novel now. I have plenty of free time after dropping out from Hakuo. Observing her passion in the manga makes me want to write a beautiful novel. My salary now is not that much that I can afford to buy stuffed toys often. This may relieve me too.

Bad things do happen in life but surely there are chances to get rid of them. Maybe life sometimes behaves like a light novel.
