Haley's POV

When I started to wake up I could tell I was lying down but I was moving. Suddenly I bolted upright and realized I was in a carriage. I rubbed my eyes so I could see better. Then I realized someone was sitting across from me and that someone was the Evil Queen. I stiffened. Calm down child I'm not going to hurt you, she said. I relaxed a little but still kept my guard up. So you said if I caught you, you would tell me information on Snow White and it looks as if I have caught you, she said smirking. First off did you hurt anyone in my village, I asked? No I didn't hurt anyone it your village, she said. Thank you, I said. Now tell me what you know, she said. You know how earlier you said you weren't going to hurt me, I asked? Yes, she said confused. Well I think you are going to change your mind after this, I said. I took a deep breath. Last night I found Snow hiding in my chicken coop so I gave her some food, money, and a horse to leave on, I said. I shut my eyes and prepared for the worst, but nothing happened. You know what the punishment for aiding her is correct, she asked? Yes ma'am, I said. Then there was a silence. Please if your going to kill me get on with it, I said. I will not kill you if you tell me which direction did Snow head, she said. North, I said telling the truth. Thank you, she said. I nodded. So where are we heading, I asked? Well I suppose I could take you back home now. No, I practically screamed. Then I covered my mouth. I'm sorry, I said. She looked at me confused. Drop me off here or at another village just please don't take me home, I begged. Why not, she asked. My mother well I shouldn't even call her that she isn't nice to me I have to do everything around the house and I can do weird things when I get mad, angry, or sad and she thinks I am a freak and punishes me for it, I said. What do you mean by you shouldn't even call her mother and what punishments do you get, she asked? Well she told me today that she found me on her door step when I was a newborn and that no one knows who my real mother is, and sometimes the punishments aren't that bad like extra chores or extra work time but some are much worse like not being able to eat or being beaten, she normally only hits me when I do weird things, I said. What do you mean by weird things, she asked? I can move things with my hands, or heal things, I said. Darling you aren't a freak you have a very amazing gift its called magic and I have it too, she said. Really, I asked surprised. Yes see, she said. Then she waved her hand and we were at a castle. Wow, I said. Where are we, I asked? My castle where you will be staying because you aren't going back to that lady and you aren't just staying at a random village, she said. Thank you so much, I said. Then I wrapped her in a hug and to my surprise she hugged me back.
