GenTwo had spent the first years of her life in a forest on the outskirts of the Kaiari territory. The closest thing she had to a mother was a fairy by the name of Serena, though GenTwo only ever said her name with the word "Miss" in front of it. Despite the memories of her being so distant, she could distinctly remember her midnight blue hair, her pearly white skin, her delicate wings. Even if she was often cold and distant to the young girl, she still managed to provide comfort to her in times of stress. This was very fortunate, because "times of stress" were... well, most times.

What species GenTwo was considered part of was up for debate. For the most part, she resembled a Kaiara with her pale blue, almost white skin, almond-shaped eyes, and highly sensitive ears that poked out of the top of her messy hair. However, she had qualities that were distinctly Fae, such as her ears ending in a point, unlike regular round Kaiari ears. When a curious Kaiara entered the forest and spotted her, they would often run off, scared by her strange appearance. It didn't help that GenTwo would often hiss and scratch at them out of fear. The worst encounters with the Kaiari, however, were when they weren't scared of her. They would try to inspect her, pulling at her ears and forcing her mouth open to see her fangs. She was often called things like "weird" and "creepy."

The forest around her was a very haunting image itself. Before she was created by Serena, it had been home to a whole community of fairies. The trees were huge; they were so tall you couldn't see the tops and so wide you could try to hug one and your arms wouldn't even come close to reaching all the way around. They were hollowed out, for the most part, filled with countless rooms and shops for anything a fairy could ever need. Now, there was only one fairy, and the once-glorious trees were now scorched and decaying. When GenTwo was old enough to wonder about such things, she asked Serena what had happened to everyone.

Serena's normally dismissive demeanor changed to something more bitter. "A horrible person betrayed us. I was the only one that could escape her wrath," she said, her eyes narrowed.

"Who did that?" GenTwo asked, appalled that someone would harm the woman that gave her life.

"An Angel named Morrigeth. She was a servant to us once, but one day she just snapped. She used her powers to control lightning and killed everyone."

Control lightning? GenTwo thought. She looked at her hands, which had started to produce small sparks a few weeks ago. "But... That's the powers that I have!"

"Yes, they are. You are a clone of her, GenTwo."

"WHAT? But, I don't wanna be like her! Oh, for doing something like that... She should just... just..."

   "Die?" Serena asked nonchalantly.

   "Yeah!"

"I'm glad you feel that way, dear, because that's the purpose I've created you for. One day, you will be strong enough to destroy anyone you wish, even someone as powerful as an Angel."

GenTwo listened to her creator, eyes wide. She didn't care what it took. If Serena wanted this of her, she would do it. Just hearing about this Angel made her heart burn with feelings she could barely understand. She couldn't wait until she was strong enough to make Morrigeth pay.
