Amanda Todd, a normal teenager, and suddenly her life takes a huge turn. She made this video to distract herself from what is happening to her. It is said that she has committed suicide. She was supported, she was told many times that she was brave, she was smiling, yet she still left this world.
She was an extremely brave person, imagine going through that every day, and people do! People go through severe bullying every single day, and they are unable to do anything. Your bullied if you're skinny, your bullied if you're fat. Everything that you do is wrong, you simply can't prevent it. It might not seem to be the only biggest issue when your surrounded with other issues. But it is. Bullying causes deaths, whether it's internal or external.
Imagine slowly dying from inside, getting killed every day. People who self harm, as shown in the video, are to themselves artists, their paintbrush a blade and their canvas their skin. And who do you think the inspiration is? Bullies.
People waste their time criticising others because they have nothing better to do with their time? Well guess what. I don't have time for YOU. Today, we ask you to stand up. Tell them, rub it in their face. I DON'T CARE. Say it. They can't rid anything. They will threaten you. They will force you. But you will remain strong. For us. We are here for you. Today, step out of the safe zone, talk to someone about it, work together, we're here for you.
