Depression

Accept it, we've all been through it, whether we know it or not. Personally,  I went through a rather long and painful one, even went through to self-harm. The memories certainly lasted longer than the scars. Anyways, enough with my life. My definition of depression is.... a time where you mind, is full of negative thoughts, while you body is building it's strength. You mind tells you things like, 'ugh...  my life sucks' or 'I want to die' while you body is getting itself ready for a powerful comeback, when you will shine so brightly, you enemies will wither away. I could relate my life much to a fantasy novel, full of twists and turn, but much less the magic. If something doesn't end right, it's not the end, is what they say.

I found this list of things to live for

1. You are important

2. The pain is temporary

3. You're not alone

4. Never give up

5. You are beautiful

But this is not what I would say. Everyone says this, and it doesn't help at all, trust me, personal experience, I've heard it being said to others way to many times. If you were to ask me for a reason to live, I would say, because you're meant to! Imagine all the stuff you've done, are meant to do, are meant to live, but you end it all. Imagine all the stuff you were destined for, all the people that will smile because of you, because, it does get better. Life can never be all positive or all negative for one single person, it's all mixed up! Two years ago, I had no idea that I would be helping people while they struggled! Neither do you! Two, Four, Ten years from now, you could possibly be a famous actor or actress, or maybe even a WattPad Star? Who knows? But one thing, that you've set your mind ot ruins all of that. If you feel sad, to talk to someone. A friend, a parent, a teacher, even one of our staff. We're always here to help. Before that blade touches your skin, remember, there are better things you could die as, and you want to be those things.

Because you will do great things.
