Chessa - Why does it have to be like this

Boyfriend

Tessa:

Jake just randomly took off and dragged Chance with him. I looked at Chance, and his face was red, and his eyes were puffy. Was he crying? Oh well. I know if it was important he would tell me. Levi and I went to a quiet sport near the pool and talked. We talked about random things, like what we think of people, and what we ate. Soon we were talking about relationships. 

"So, I know we kissed and everything, but, do you have a boyfriend?" Levi asked.

"No" I laughed. "Do you have a girlfriend?"

"Nah. She cheated on me when I moved to LA" he sighed.

"I'm sure you'll find someone better than her" I smiled.

"I already have" He grinned, as we leaned in and kissed.

"Tessa Brooks, will you be my girlfriend?" he asked, nervously. 

"Of course" I gushed as I hugged him. He kissed the top of my head, and all I could hope was that there would be no drama.

Emilio:

I saw Tessa and another guy kiss near the pool. My heart dropped, but I could see that she was happy. If she is happy then i'm happy, i thought. I knew that if Tessa and I never worked out, I would find another girl who makes me laugh.

"Look" I said to Tristan, pointing at Tessa and the guy. "Aren't they cute?"

"Yeah" laughed Tristan. "Your not jealous?" he joked.

"Nah. If she's happy then i'm happy" I assured.

Levi:

It was getting late, and Tessa was lying on my shoulder. She soon fell asleep, so I picked her up and went to Jake.

"Hey, Jake. Where's Tessa's bedroom? She fell asleep." I asked.

He looked up, surpised, and took me to her bed. 

"Goodnight Tessa" I whispered as I kissed her on her forehead. 

I turned around and Jake was still standing there. 

"So, are you guys a thing?" he asked me as we walked back to the party.

"Yeah" I smiled, "I asked her to be my girlfriend and she said yes." I couldn't hold in my excitement.

He smiled as he said "That's great. You seem like a really nice guy. Just letting you know, she's been through a lot. Her ex boyfriend tried to rape her and she was a bit depressed a couple of weeks ago."

I was shocked. "I would never do that" I softly spoke.

"I know" he assured "But she might be wary about some things."

"Ok. Don't worry, i'll look after her." I said as we waved goodbye.

Jake:

Levi was an actual genuine guy. I didn't mind that they were dating, even though I knew Chance would be hurt. He has to be a man and get over it.

As I walked into mine, Anthony, and Chance's room, I saw Chance sitting on the bed with his hands entwined together. 

"I saw you talking to him" He muttered.

"Chance, he's a good guy. You need to get over Tessa" I said bluntly.

He looked shocked. I had never been that truthful with him, and he didn't take it well at all.

"How would you even know. He could be lying" Chance argued.

"I was talking to him. They're dating now and i'm expecting you to be supportive of their relationship. Don't get all jealous, you'll look weak." I warned.

"F*CK OFF" he shouted as he stormed out of the room, barging into Anthony as he walked past.

"What was all that" asked Anthony with wide eyes.

"Tessa has a boyfriend and he got jealous." I explained.

"Yeah your conversation was really loud. I think everyone heard it from downstairs" he worried.

"Sh*t really?" I asked.

"Yeah. Tessa wasn't there but everyone else heard."
