{and in your arms, i swear i felt like i was home i didn't feel pressured to say the right thing or act the right way all that i had to focus on was your beautiful beating heart while trying to ignore my heart beating out of my own chest}
(i was a train wreck. but somehow the way your arms were wrapped around me and the way your heart was beating and the fact that i was here with you made it all better. or maybe you made me worse. the way you constantly wreck my heart makes it seem that way.)
[ your arms wrapped around me. ]
<time stops when you embrace me. it's the cheesiest line in the book, but when someone else's arms around you make the world seem to pause, you'll know exactly what i'm talking about. although you should know that shouldn't you? i'm sure that's exactly how she makes you feel.
isn't it?>
~and in your arms, i felt like i was home. time seemed to stop, yet i knew it was moving because of the way we swayed with others around us. i knew the world was still in motion when i gazed at the lights and the people and the decorations and your goddamn face that made my world stop and move at the exact same time. ~
{if only you could see me the way I want you too
if only there were no obstacles in the way
I just wish things could be easier but
that means absolutely nothing to you because
you have no idea how damn much my heart hurts
all because of you}
