It is mandatory in a way to get paranoid after you try doing some supernatural shit. Like isn't that what all the movies and books have taught. But then again its not every day that you manage to create such a huge crisis over a rumour text. Aditya had been missing for a week now. People were making up all sort of stories about him. The recent controversy wasn't much help either. He had been declared dead, drug dealer, murderer, murdered, terrorist, secret agent, and a vampire to if I'm not wrong. And the speculations just kept getting crazier.

Trisha had caught on this weird habit of looking over her shoulder all the time. She claimed that she felt someone was watching her all the time. Now even though Sarah didn't completely scratch that out, it did not ease her worry that Trisha would turn into an owl soon enough if she didn't quit twisting her neck so much. All the time.

"How bout we try to summon Hitler? Or maybe Michael Jackson?"

"Would you get serious for a moment please?" Trisha had started losing her calm. When they explained the whole situation to Varun, he had believed them a little too easily. They were happy they didn't have to break their heads to get him onboard. It's not like you find people experienced in seance around every corner. But now they had started doubting wether he was serious about helping at all. It was after-hours on a saturday and they were sitting in the school storeroom. Sarah had arranged everything like the last time with some minor changes made by Varun.

"So I am not one hundred percent sure that this will work but it is worth a try I guess."

"Any small possibilty is good enough you know. And don't forget. No one can know."

The school ended early on saturdays and Varun had suggested that it'll be a good idea to try this out in the storeroom because no one ever actually went there. Most people had gone home by now. The cleaning staff too would leave soon enough. The store room was under the stairs at the back end of the school that led to the football ground. The security was at the front gate and at the gate leading outside the ground. So they were sure that no one would come here. They had managed to clear up some space by pushing off all the stuff to one corner. Varun helped himself with a box of chalks which he would surely be throwing at the teachers later on.

"Now Sarah. You are the one who did the summoning right? I guess then it'll be best if you go through with this." He handed her a sheet of paper with something like a chant written over it. Aditya stood in one corner looking at this whole proceeding carefully. He was a little wary of this Varun guy, but seeing that he was the only source of hope for him, he decided to trust him.

The three sat cross legged in a circle. Candles lit in a pentagon in front of them. They held hands and Sarah started reading out from the chit. It didn't take her long to realise that it wasn't Varun's terrible handwriting but the text itself that made no sense. It read like gibberish to her. "What the hell is this? This isn't English ya know." Sarah stated.

"I am very well aware of that. Thank-you. Now if you want me to help stop the questions and start reading out."

Sarah started reading from the chit.
"ho stirips nad eth sluos morf heer nad dnoyeb. Tnarg em ecaep nad evael em enola. Og yawa og yawa og yawa."

The grim light filtering in from the maroon curtains wasn't exactly helping the mood. Aditya felt a little agitated as Sarah repeated the chant. Trisha and Sarah could both feel his uneasyness. Soon enough the window flew open as a warm breaze gushed in. The candles began to flicker. Aditya was grounded in his place when the candles actually died out. The piled up chairs at one end began to rattle. All eyes flew wide open in shock. Trisha could hardly manage to take a breath. 'woman breathe! You can't pass out one more time!' Sarah stood in complete shock as Varun suddenly stood up not blinking once. All three pairs of eyes fixed on him cautiosly as he walked straight towards the pile of stuff in one corner. Varun picked up a pair of scissors from one corner and turned on his heel to walk towards the girls.

"Who? Who dared stir up my spirit? Who dare command me? Who pulled me into this world. I shall take you back with me." The voice seemed to be coming from Varun but it was hoarse, cracking, low and even double at some points.

Sarah stood rooted in her spot as Varun kept moving forward. Aditya tried to pull her from her position but it didn't work. Trisha came to her senses and grabbed her arm pulling Sarah out of the storeroom as fast as she could. She pretty much dashed out of there eyeing Varun behind her shoulder when she knocked someone over.
