Chapter 6~...You Have A Weapon And Sound Like My Brother

"WHAT THE HELL IS THAT.... WHATEVER IT IS?!?!?!?!" I yelled at him, pointing at the thingymajig Dark Pit held in his hands. It was a silver and blue... I have no idea what shape it is. I could tell it was a weapon, but I had no idea what it is, or why he had it.

"Why are you yelling? It's just a weapon, calm down." Dark Pit lowered his voice, hoping I'd do the same. Unfortunately, I still yelled.

"WHY DID YOU BRING A FREAKING WEAPON INTO THIS HOUSE?!!??!" I practically screamed at him. "Also, I highly suggest you answer the first question." I quickly added.

"Well, this is my bow... I used it to fight and left it in the forest so I went to retrieve it when you were gone." He explained, using hand motions, which didn't help because he still had the bow in his hand and the hand gestures freaked me out so I backed up a little.

"Okay, okay. Just leave it out of plain sight, don't let anyone see it. So hide it I guess." I sighed and shook my head in disbelief. After that, I sat at my computer, listening to music to try and calm myself.

Then comes the next day and I'm late for school again. Why? Because I stayed up too late drawing. School was terrible due to having a headache, and my friends annoying the heck out of me, trying to get me to go to some kids birthday party. I gave in and said yes just so I could have a more peaceful and quiet lunch.

I got home and Dark Pit looked up from whatever book he was reading. He sure has settled in, yesterday he said he'd probably be gone by the weekend so that's something for me to look forward to. I mean, he isn't a bad person or anything, it's just that I can't afford to have two people in this house for very long so I need him to leave as soon as possible.

"Hey, your friend phoned just now, Kayla, I believe. She thought I was your brother for some reason." He told me while calmly flipping through pages of the book.

I stopped in my tracks, surprised. Kayla phoned my home number? Even though she knows I'd still be walking home? She must still think something is up with me, which I suppose is true.

"Oh, what'd you say?" I finally asked.

"I played along with it, y'know, why not?" He smirked and I could tell that meant Kayla actually believed it was my brother on the phone.

"Heh, that's certainly amusing. Anyways, did she tell you why she called?"

"Yeah, she apparently 'just wanted to check up on you and see how you were doing'. I told her to call your cellphone, but seeing how surprised you were that she called, I figured that Kayla girl didn't bother to call you." Dark Pit told me, looking up from his book. (It isn't even his, it's mine.)

"Ah, I see. Well, I suppose you do sound a bit similar to my brother. You're voice is lower though I think." I said, still thinking about it.

"Oh." Was all he said, and he turned back to the book.

Dark Pit probably thinks I'm terrible to my friends because I didn't tell them that my brother left me alone, but I don't really care. He doesn't seem to care about it anyways so it doesn't matter. After a moment of standing, lost in thought, I snap back to my senses. I hurry off to finish a lot of homework that was assigned because teachers can be evil. I have a lot of homework and other stuff I needed to do this week so I'm going to be quite busy. I just hope I can find time to slow down and relax in all that chaos.

Hey! If you're still reading this than I have something to say. Sorry this chapter is a bit shorter for one. And also it's been awhile since the last chapter and well, I'm sorry. I've been "Busy", okay? Get it? Get it? Because the book is called "Busy"! Okay, truth to be told, I was busy and lazy. I'm a procrastinator and also I've been playing a lot of video games and watching Youtube :P . If you read this author's note, congrats. I'll see you in the next chapter that will come out eventually.
