Chapter 2-

                Sometimes I wish I was just a full witch. Why? Because I don’t have to choose between two mates. I suck at situations like those.

                I sighed as I looked at the dresses I was going to wear for my birthday. I thought about the two boys who were going to win my love. Who knows what they might do to each other? If I can’t choose between one of them, they will start a death match and the last thing I want are two boys killing each other for me. I mean, look at Layla. She chose her witch mate instead of her wolf mate and now the wolf is sending death threats to the witch guy. When a person chooses one mate, the other mate gets assigned to a person who lost their mate. I have no idea who assigns it though. Let’s not get started with Jake’s mates. One of them was a psychopath wolf and tried to kill the witch but the witch killed the wolf and won Jake’s love.

                “Tough time?” I hear Layla say behind me. I nodded at her. “Don’t worry about your mates. Have fun because you only have 6 more hours until you’re an adult witch/wolf and trust me- it’s not fun except for the rated-R part.”

                “Are you saying I won’t have fun until I find my mates?”

                “No, well… I don’t know. I found my mates at the party.”

                I sighed again and looked at more dressed. “Can you help me pick out a dress?” I asked. They all looked lovely. It was hard to not choose all of them.

                She smirked. “Dad already bought you one. Watch it be a lame-ass dress.”

                I narrowed my eyes on her. My vision was getting worse. “Are you pregnant? Cause’ one moment you’re giving advice and talking all sweetly and next the thing you know, your back to your bitchy self, making fun of dad’s choice of style.”

                “No.” She said in a disgusted tone. “I don’t even know what the symptoms are.” Gosh, is this girl really related to me?

                “Have you been sexually active?”

                “Hell yea.”

                “Have you been using protection?”

                “Well there was this one time-“

                “Have you been puking a lot?”

                “Yea, I don’t see-“

                “Have you had cravings over a certain food?”

                “May-“

                “You’re pregnant, sister.”

                She scoffed. “Prove it without words.” I smiled sweetly at her.

                “Can’t hurt to try.” I say while tossing a box of pregnancy tests to her that was in my purse.

                “Why do you have this?” She asks.

                “Just in case.”

                “Do you still do it for your reputation?” She said and I nodded. “Well, your reputation will drop once you find your mate and you know that. Unlike me” She does a hair flip. “I’m still popular as ever with Steve.”
