Let's get one thing straight. Marinette is good at maths, but sometimes everybody just meets that one question they couldn't do. The rest of the sheet was easy, really easy, she flew right through it but this one question. Question 7. It wasn't even the last question! What kind of teacher does that? Marinette threw her head back and her chair spun a couple times, taking her to the middle of her room.

The movement caused the home screen of her computer to come up, a collage of her crush Adrian Agreste, a model, and a classmate. One that managed to sit right in front of her. Distracting her in math class when she was supposed to be paying attention! Damn that gorgeous head of hair.

The light thump on her roof was the telltale sign that Chat Noir was here to visit her, and what pulled herself out of the trance she was in staring at her pictures of Adrian. She quickly ran over and changed her computer home screen to some picture of a random skyline and put a Jagged Stone posture over the collage of Adrian Agreste on her wall. This was something she had gotten used to doing as Chat Noir had started coming over more and more and she didn't want to seem stalkerish. Chat also didn't know of her crush, but she actually didn't want him to know.

Chat hopped down through the trapdoor that led into her room and hopped down from her bed to her side. He looked over her shoulder, the smell of being freshly showered washed over her as he moved closer. He picked up the sheet of homework and looked over the questions for a second before placing it back down. "Stuck on question 7? Or did you just want to be rebellious and not do it, because that seems pretty random of you to do so." he gave her that smile of his and laughed, awaiting her answer.

"Stuck but rebellious seems like a pretty good excuse if I manage to not get it by tomorrow," she told him, smiling back up at him and sitting in her desk chair, crossing her arms across her chest. She wanted to get some space between them because the last time they were that close he kissed her and she wasn't sure if she wanted it to happen again. She still hadn't told Alya about it because she knew she wanted to hear the end of it. She also didn't know if it would grow into anything so she also didn't want to get Alya started on that either.

Chat looked at the sheet closer, "Well if you wanted to get it done, I would start with rearranging the equation. Then you could solve it." He handed the paper back to her and leaned against the wall, right next to the Jagged Stone posture that was covering up the creepy collage of Adrien Agreste that she had.

Taking the paper she looked over the problem again and realized what she had missed, and looked up at him in disbelief. "No offense but I never took you as someone who understood math, I mean I put you as the 'Pretty Boy, doesn't do homework' kind of person," she said as began to solve the equation. "Thank you for helping me though, I would have never figured that out on my own. My parents and Alya are busy so they couldn't help me any." she put the sheet by her other pieces of finished homework, things to be ready to collect for school tomorrow.

"Well that's what I'm here for, to help damsels in distress." he bowed and winked as he rose from it, causing her to roll her eyes and turn her chair around as it also caused her to blush a little and she didn't want him to see that. She turned back around as she felt her face cool off and shook her head at her.

She shook her finger at him and grinned, "Tick, tick, tick Chat. That seems an awful lot like flirting."

He put a hand to his chest and backed away, faking hurt but still grinning like the Cheshire Cat, "Me? I would never, that's not like me."
