"Your baton is an interesting thing," Marinette said as she crawled said the object in her hand.
"Is that so?" Chat asked, not really paying attention as he was busy playing with her hair.
"It extends and retracts, it can be used as a phone and you can use it for pole vaulting." she said as she continued to examine the baton, "But could you use it as a spear in spear throwing?"
"I've never tried," he said offhandedly. "It never came to mind."
"I've always wanted to try spear throwing," Marinette held the Baton in a way she would think spear throwers held their spears.
"Does your school offer it?" Chat said not noticing what Marinette was doing, "because if it does you could try it there."
"I don't think it does," she said bringing her arm back.
Chat realized what she was doing just in time. The baton was airborne for a couple of seconds before he caught it out of the air. "Okay so I may have been a little distracted but that didn't mean you had to throw my baton."
