I felt the leaves nip my skin as I ran through the dark forest keeping my head down, yet I was still aware of my surroundings.

The colors of the scenery all mixing together to create green that just blurred, not giving me a chance to admire it, even if I could.

My breath coming out in pants but I couldn't dare to stop and calm my speeding heart beat, they were after me and they would catch me in a second if I took a rest.

I felt the sudden twigs under my feet as my paws quickly sped up, all cracking slightly giving the lowest sound only a werewolf could hear.

I heard patting of feet behind me, but due to the fear that was swimming in my stomach, I couldn't stop to check if I was still being chased.

"Stop her!" I heard as one of the pack beta's called out to the other warriors making me whimper lowly in fear, but continue my escape.

They couldn't catch me, they wouldn't and I won't allow it. I couldn't get hurt again.

But, fate had other plans.

My paws ended up slipping on some wet leaves making me stumble about and try to catch my balance, but to no use.

I slid down the small hill that lead to the edge of the forest, falling into a huge waterfall.

I growled loudly in fear of what was going to happen, and I continued clawing on the grass under me for help, trying my hardest to save myself.

But, again to no use.

Before I knew it, I had fallen off the edge and was slowly yet torturously falling into the water.

The sudden drips of the waterfall scared me as everything went by in slow motion, soon enough the water started coming in large amounts blurring my vision and choking me as it entered my mouth, which was absentmindedly opened in fear.

I growled and watched as my vision darkened once I had fallen into the deep stream with a loud impact.

The water flying everywhere around me like a sprinkler, and I tried using all my might to swim back up.

Everything around me was silent and corrupted by the water that surrounded me, I felt my body start to shift back into its original form.

Once I had come out of the water I was panting like crazy and back to normal.

I felt extremely flushed while I coughed out some water that was rising up my throat like bile.

I raised my hands to push back the fallen locks of hair that caressed my cheeks and raised my head to look at the top of the edge, and there they were.

The beta and the alpha's main warriors glaring down at me in their wolf forms, wondering how I managed to survive such a fall.

I bit my lip and lowered my gaze while sighing, how did I survive this fall?

I shook my head, it doesn't matter, thank the moon goddess i'm alive.

I smiled foolishly at myself in amusement as I once again shook my head before swimming to shore safely.

Finally giving myself a chance to focus on the beautiful scenery around me.

Tree's upon tree's covered this forest, as well as bushes and flowers of all kinds.

Green, pink, purple and much more colored the grass and trees like spilt paint, only more beautiful.

I felt my smile widen in admiration, I raised my head to look at the not so dark sky, completely filled with stars while the moon was full and brightly white.

It brought some kind of happiness in my heart when I realized how full the moon truly was.

I turned around to face the stream and a gasp escaped my lips.

It flowed freely like a song and as you trailed your gaze to the right, the waterfall played its own tune as it showered the stream with more water.

It was truly a sight, so uniquely beautiful at night and I could finally admire it.

I was happy to see that a mans shirt was laying on a rock, and so me being naked, I took it and quickly slipped it on.

It smelt dirty, and not so fresh, and thats how I knew it was an old shirt, lost and forgotten, but now found.

Just like me.

I sighed while sitting down beside that same rock and leaning my head slowly against it while keeping my gaze firmly on the flowing waterfall.

I am finally free. Free from all the abuse at that old pack and all the chores I had to do as an omega, even though my father is the alpha.

I shut my eyes tightly upon feeling tears well up in my eyes, and only allowed the sound of the water flowing as well as the waterfalls impact to grace my ears.

The slight chirping of birds added on to the melody playing around me.

A single tear had trailed out of my hold making me wipe it off right away once I had opened my tear glossed eyes.

"I'm free, really free." I mumbled to myself happily while smiling widely at my success, I managed to help myself for once.

I felt my throat clog as I held back more tears, it was hard not allowing them to fall, but they shouldn't. The only water allowed for right now was the one before me, no other.

You got this Celine. You got this.
