Thalia's POV

I woke up with Nicos arms wrapped around me. I slid out of his grip and walked to the kitchen. I grabbed a pan and turned on the stove. I rummaged through the fridge until I found some bacon. I unwrapped and threw the bacon in the pan. I leaned against the counter and sighed. Why was I so tired?

I soon felt strong arms wrap around my waist.  I smiled as Nico pulled me back away from the stove,  and held me.

"How are you feelin?"  He asked, beginning to sway.

"Tired.." I said, yawning.

"Then go sit down babe.. I'll finish the food." He said, letting go and lightly pushing me towards the stools.

I sat down and layed my head on the table.

And fell asleep.

Nicos POV

She fell asleep. Nows my time. I pulled her phone out and called Annabeth.

"Thal? Its like eight in the morning,  what do you need?" She said, yawning mid sentence. Nico chuckled and walked out of the room.

"Hey Annie, I need you to come over and watch Thal until like dinner time. Hokeyp?"

"Yeah.. What are you planning? "

"Well.. I uh.. I wanna propose to Thal.." I said, almost in a whisper.

She shrieked and hung up.

Annabeth soon ran through the front door, still in her pjs.

"WHERE IS SHE?!" She whisper-yelled.

"Shhh!! She's in the kitchen, asleep." I said.

"Alright.. Im gonna go chill with her. Go do your thing." She said, walking to the now , waking up Thalia. I ran out and called Percy,  this time on my own phone.

"Hey man. Wassup?"

"Hey.. I need help."

"With?" He asked confused.

"Proposing to Thalia.. At the lake. At sunset.  Halp."

"Alright dude. But you owe me." Percy said, hanging up.

I set up the picnic. Everything had to be perfect.  I walked back into the bathroom and stared at myself in the mirror. 

"You can do this.. Its just Thal.. Right?"

My phone rang. It was Percy.

"She's here man. Good luck." I walked out and sighed. I walked to Annabeths car and opend her door. When she stepped out, my heart stopped.

She was wearing  a strapless, kneelegnth black dress, black flats , and a white headband with a small white flower on it.

Her hair was straightened, and her eyeliner was perfect. She looked up and smiled at me.

"What is all this Nico? Why the sudden romanticness?" She said smiling.

"Nothing. . Am I allowed to treat my beautiful girlfriend to a date on the beach?" I said, wrapping my arms around her and pulling her close. She gladdly burried her head in my chest. I smiled as we stood there. I wanted to freeze everything. Freeze time and stay here forever.

She pushed away and smiled. I grabbed her hand and began to walk.

"So what did Annabeth tell you?" I asked , squeezing her hand.

"That I had a date tonight. . Thats all."

"Good." We began walking along the shore. The sun was going to set soon. It was now or never.

I stopped walking. She looked at me confused.

"What are you d-doing.." She said, stuttering.  I didn't awnser. Come on nico! You can do this.

I reached in my pocket and pulled out a small black box. She gasped.

"Nico.. W-Whats happening? " She said, her breath slowing. I looked up at her and gave a reassuring smile. I got down on one knee and took one of her hands.

"Thalia.. I.."

(DUUN DUUN DUUUUU!  WOOOOOOOOOOOO YOU ALREADY KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN BUT CLIFFHANGER!  IM SORRY DON'T KILL ME -ducks and hides under table- ahh.

I got some stuffs to say.

First off, Depression sucks. Like srsly. Im so sorry I haven't updated.

Second. My best fucking friend is an amazing writer but doesn't get recognized,  like ever. So help me out? Go read her stories and stuffs. Vote on stuff maybe? Please? Leave comments and give your opinions. No hate though.
