Sick

Thalias POV:

I pulled my hair back and got up. I knew nico would be here any minute, and Im sick. We were supposed to go to the fair tonight, but being sick and all ruins it. I sat down and pulled my laptop on my lap and logged into tumblr. I thought it was cute people drew fanart of Nico and I. I scrolled through our tag and listened to music until I heard the door open.

"Thanks for knocking" I said, sarcasticly.

"Haha, shush it." He said sitting next to me. "You okay? You look sick."

"I kinda am."

"Oh.. Well I guess I can stay here with you toni-"

"No you bought those tickets and you are gonna use them. Just invite another person . I can take care of myself. "

"But tha-"

"You are gonna use the tickets and thats final."

"Well rachel wanted to go.. Can she use your ticket?"

"Yeah thats fine.."

"Thanks babe.. I love you !" He said walking out of my cabin.

I laid down and cuddled up to the pillows. Yeah its a bummer that my boyfriend is going to the fair with another girl, but with my permission. Im sure he won't do anything with her that he would with me. Im sure of it.

~~~~10:00 at night. Thal just woke~~~~

I woke up to like five missed calls and four texts from annabeth. Her and percy went with nico to the fair. I called her back.

"Hey what did you need?"

"Thals.. I need to tell you something. Promise you won't freak out."

"I promise. Now what is it. "

"Percy and I saw Nico kissing Rachel. Like full blown hand up her shirt making out."

I sat there silent for a moment.

"Thalia?"

"Can you prove this?"

"I took pictures. I sent them to you on facebook."

I put the phone on speaker and grabbed my laptop, opening my facebook. I scrolled through the messages and went silent again.

"Thalia I could take care of him"

"No annabeth.. Its fine.. I can deal with this. Thanks for telling me. Could you text the pictures to me ?Im gonna go to sleep. Goodnight." I said hanging up.

I Grabbed my guitar and walked to the beach. I sat there and played random songs until it was about time for everyone to get home I started strumming a familiar song

"The worst is over now and we can breath again. I want to hold you high and steal my pain away. Theres so much left to learn , and no one left to fight . I want to hold you high and steal your pain.

'Cause Im broken when im open, and I dont feel like I am strong enough. 'Cause im broken when Im lonesome, and I dont feel right when your gone away.." 

I also heard a familiar voice sing with me. I cringed and stopped singing. I gripped the guitar and sat there silently.

"Whats wrong thalia??" He asked puzzled.

"I dont want to talk about it." I said , getting up and pushing past him. He grabbed my wrist and tried pulling me back to him, but I pushed away.

"Thals.."

"Just leave me alone." I said walking back into my cabin and locking the door. I threw my guitar down and walked into the bathroom. I pulled out my notepad and procedded to write.

      "Dear Nico,

Im sure you already figured out I knew. Someone posted pictures of you two on facebook. That someone happended to know you and I were togather. I don't know how you are gonna fix this. I seriously don't know if you could before I ended myself. You gave me a reason to live , and now you have rachel. So I guess this is goodbye.

                                 -Thalia, the girl who was faithful."

          I heard his cabin door slam. I carefully placed the note down on his porch. I walked over to a cliff used for diving into the water. (She can't swim) I turned, and said my final goodbyes. I watched the camp shrink as I fell into the water.
