Waking up (Book 2)

Thalias pov

I wake up and lean myself against a tree. Wait-- A tree? I look around and catch my breath. Im on the side of a highway? This isnt right.. Where is Nico? Annabeth... Percy? I don't understand.. Where am I?

Before I could question myself further, an old beat up black pickup truck pulled up beside me.

"T-Thalia???.. Is that you..?" 

I look over through the window to see a familiar face.

"Annabeth.. I-" I stopped and yelped in pain. I slid my hand down my leg to feel a bone nearly sticking out of my leg. I heard a truck door slam and soon felt her beside me.

"My gods.. Hold on.. I gotta call for help, okay?" She said , reaching for her phone.

"What , like call an ambulance? " I said, trying to calm myself down. Annabeth laughed and held the phone up  to her face.

" I don't know where you have been for the past year but we don't have ambulances in Augusta." I sighed as she worridly looked at me and called someone frantically.

"Percy?  Gods Perc pick up." She mumbled . I sighed in relief and I ran my finger of the engagement ring on her hand. I played with it before soemone awnsered , and she gently tugged her hand back.

"Perc.. It's Thalia.. I found her. Bring Nico and supplies. Towels, and a blanket maybe?. We need to get her to the hospital ASAP."

After a few minutes she hung up and sat by my side.

"Thalia.. How much do you remember? You've been missing for about a year and a half now .. '' Annabeth asked concerned. I sighed and began.

"I remember you .. Percy? And Nico.. wheres Nico? I nee... Annabeth what happend to Nico? Why is your face looking at that? Ann-"

"Thalia.. We thought you were dead.. Nico.. Thalia.. Nico moved on.. Sweetie Nico is engadged to Reyna.. He moved on.." 

Silence. Pure silence. I laid my head back on the tree and let the tears slip from my eyes. I shut out the world. Was I asleep? I felt like dying. I heard another car pull up and people jump out. Was I being lifted up. My eyes shot open as I screamed out in pain. My arm slung out and hit the first thing there, who I am asumming to be Nico. I heard him yelp and grab my arm.

Was he crying?  Was the other girl there?

Why was everything fading?

~~ later at the hospital ~~

I woke up to Nico crying and another girl comforting him.  I shifted my body and sat up. Nicos head shot up and looked to me. The grip the girl had on his hand tightend. She looked defensive and scared. 

"Thalia.. You're awake.." Nico said as his voice cracked.

 I opend my mouth as to say something, but quickly shut it. He stared confused but then looked to Reyna.

"Oh.. I guess I should introduce you two.. Re-"

"Nico stop. Can I talk to thalia in private ? Pwease baby?" Reyna said. Nico looked confused but got up and left the room.

"Hi.. Im Tha-"

"Oh shut it. Look, You are supposed to be dead. Okay? He moved on . He loves me. We are getting married in a month. Alright? You got that?" She snapped. I looked at her shocked. I laid my head back and sighed,

"Look. I understand. He moved on. But I'm not gone. I am still a huge part of his life, okay?" I snapped back. She looked at me shocked, until Nico walked back in with Annabeth. Her facial expression quickly changed. She went from bitchy to happy in a split second. Annabeth ran to my side and began talking. Filling me in on everything ive missed. Nico continued to glance at me , until the doctors escorted everyone out, leaving one to spend the night.

"I'll stay!" Nico pepped up. Reyna looked at him understandingly and walked to Annie's car. Everyone said their goodbyes and left.

Which left Nico and I. He sat down and burried his head in his hands before looking up again.

"Look.. Thal. We need to talk." He said with teary eyes.

So uh, I can not edit the description of this book. It will not show up on my laptop, or phone. but it will show up in the story. I will fix it asap. The new gist of it is that Thal went missing for a year and a half, but is found by Annie. Everyone remembering her, and she remembers them. Im sorry there was a last second change. I lost the first two chapters I wrote so I changed it off . Sowwy. Lovve you guis.
