The funeral

Nicos POV.

I put my tux on and sighed. Its been 2 weeks since I lost thal. I hqve barely been keeping it together.  I stopped eating as much and I dont th.ink ive been outside just to be outside since that day. I picked upna picture of us and sighed, letting a tear fall. I miss her. I set it down and walked outside. Her funeral was to be held by zues fist. I walked over there and sat down, waiting for this to start. Zues was sitting in the front,  where her family sat. Soon enough, a girl wearing a black veil over her face sat next to me. I looked down her.

"So I suppose you think this was your fault." said the girl.

"It kinda was.."

Thalia POV:

Hearing him say that struck pain in my heart. I shifted in the seat.

"She wouldn't want you to feel like this. She would want you to move on. Now shush it's starting."

NICO POV.

I knelt by the hole in the ground as she lowered her in. Anna beth was the only one strong enough physically and emotionally. I sat in silence as percabeth said goodbye. THE GIRL in black was still here. I turned.

"Howdid you know her.?"

"Close friends.." she said. 

"You okay.?"

"It just pains me to see someone so upset."

"Well ladyy, I loved her and I still do. But it  is because of me that her best friend had to lower her lifeless body into the ground today."

"Oh."
