Staying the night

Thalia POV.

 Annabeth and Percy left the room, leaving Nico and I alone. 

"Why'd you do it." 

"What?" I said , looking over at him, then our hands , which were still togather.

"Why. Did. You. Do. It. I thought you were fine. You said you were fine. You told me you stopped. And you have been skipping meals again , haven't you?" He asked, worridly. 

I sat there for a minute. I didn't know how to awnser. Do I lie and say I have been eating fine and this was a one time thing? Or do I tell the truth? Either way would brake his heart. He would know I was lying. 

"Well?" He said , impaitiontly. 

"Nico I, I haven't got better. I have been skipping meals. I just don't feel like I belong here." 

Nico stood up and sat down on the bed next to me. 

"Why don't you tell me these things" 

"I don't feel like you care."

Nicos POV.

"Thalia let me tell you something. You may never feel the same way I do , but thalia grace I love you. I love you so much you don't even know. I will always care for you no mater what happens. You should know this. You can come to me whenever you nee-" Thats when she cut me off , when she sat up and kissed me. I smiled and kissed back. She pulled away , and smiled. 

"I love you too, Nico." 

(hospial beds are huge where I live so go with it.) 

I scooted up into the hospital bed and let her sit in my lap. We talked for thirty minutes , until she slipped off asleep. 

"You're mine thalia" I whispered , kissing her forehead, and letting myself fall asleep.
