It has been three hours since I met Juliette again at the gate. I took my time walking back to base, because I'm not prepared to face everyone.
I was working with Sky in the kitchen when Bambi came running in and told me, annoyed, that my 'so called sister' was here to see me. At the time, Makya and Indigo were inside already taking a break from their duties as Sweepers.
Both Makya and Indigo gave me questioning looks, their eyes flicking continuously from me, to Bambi, to each other, and back around again. Everyone was silent, and this went on for what felt like hours until finally Makya broke the dead noise with a loud bark of laughter, joined by a shy Bambi attempting to keep quiet in politeness.
"You mean. . . Juliette?" I stuttered, now facing my attention back on Bambi.
"Well I would assume so. Unless you have a different twin sister you're keeping from us." She answered sarcastically.
At her response, I pushed past her and charged out the door.
The journey to the fence took longer than I remembered, and although I was running, I couldn't help but feel I wasn't going fast enough. After running for at least 20 minutes, I had to stop and take a rest. I walked the rest of the way, and ended up arriving at the fence within about 25 minutes.
Once the fence came into view, I could see blurry figures in the distance, and no one looked to be speaking much. They were silent, and the deliverers on the other side stood still with distress.
Finally my eyes spotted to Juliette, and I slowly walked over to her.
"Can I help you?" I asked her, deciding it was better not to waste time.
"Um, I need to talk to you. I think. . . I think you were right." She answered, sounding unsure but hopeful, and hating herself for it.
I told her to step to the side for more privacy, and she explained to the other members with her that she would only be a minute.
We spoke for only a few minutes, but I explained to her what I know. Before she left, I told her to meet me again, and gave her a time and place. She agreed, and it was time for her to leave.
Now I sit in my room, sprawled across my bed, replaying the events over and over again as Blade strokes the long strands of hair the color of leaves just before they fall in the autumn on my head. His fingers run through my hair smoothly, and I force myself to focus on that rather than my previous thoughts.
"You okay?" I am woken from my thoughts by Blade's voice, and my head snaps up to his, that is just above mine. His cheek rests on his hand, and my head is nuzzled in his chest. "You look pretty deep in thought." He adds with a chuckle.
"Oh, um yeah. I'm fine. Just thinking, I guess." I answer, shaking my head and smiling a small smile back at him.
"Well that much was obvious. What about?" He asks again.
"My sister. My family. The conversation I had with her earlier." I answer, staring at a spot on the wall so I can force my eyes away from his.
"Oh." Is all he says. And just like that, the room goes silent. "Is she really your sister? Are you really going to meet her?" He finally asks after the minutes drag on.
"Um, I don't know exactly. I think it's real though. I mean I think she's real. And yeah, I'm going to meet her. I think I should, you know? There's only one way to find out for sure, and that's to meet her. Besides, what's the worst that could happen?" I say, but there's still unsureness in my mind.
"Yeah, I guess you're right." He says. "You know, I really hope this works out for you. You deserve to be happy and I think getting to know your sister will help with that." He adds.
"Thanks." I tell him appreciatively. "Me too." I say, and that's the last thing I remember before I drift off in his arms.

I wake up to find my legs intertwined in Blade's, and his fingers tangled in my hair. His face is inches from my own. I reach forward to give him a light peck on the lips, and his eyelids flutter open immediately.
"Well hello to you, too." He says with a sweet smile.
"Hi." I answer dumbly with a small giggle.
"Hey, um - oh, sorry, um... I was just going to tell you it was time for dinner." Indigo suddenly bursts through the door to my room, not realizing I was with Blade until too late after she opened the door. She covers her eyes immediately and shuts the door so it's now just a crack. "Sorry for interrupting. I'm uh, just going to go now." She says awkwardly, and shuts the door before running off to eat.
"Well um, I guess it's time to eat then. Means we have to get up." I say, somewhat disappointed.
"Yeah, guess so." Blade answers, and he sits up on the bed. I join him and we both walk out together to join the others in the gathering room to eat.

Heeyyyyyy!! Sorry this chapter is so short and not very good or interesting, but I figured I'd just update it for you so you could have something. I wish I could say I'll update really soon, but I honestly don't know. But I'm definitely going to try to update as soon as possible.
Not much to say, so I'm just gonna end it here. Thanks for reading and you'll hopefully hear from me soon!
