TWO WEEKS LATER
Mom has left back to Colorado. She left last week. She's going to come back when the baby is closer to being born. Dad found himself a girlfriend and it turns out that's why he's been gone so often.
"Good Morning babe", Blake said kissing me.
"Good morning sweetie", I say kissing him back.
"Do you want to go out for breakfast, your dads girlfriend and Mark went out", he asks.
"Yea I'd love to let me get dressed", I say excited to get out of the house.
Blake leaves to let me get dressed. I walk to my closet and grab my dark capris. I get one if my new shirts since I'm growing out of my other clothes and put on some sandals. I throw my long dark brown hair into a messy bun and slap on some make up. I walk downstairs and wait for Blake. We get in the car and pull out of the driveway.
"So love where are we going", I ask with a smile.
"It's a surprise", he says holding my hand. We drive for about 15 minutes and arrive at Ihop. This is my favorite place for breakfast. I give Blake a smile and we get out of the car.
"So don't we get to find out what the baby is in a few days", he asks excitedly while sitting down.
"Yes we do", I say excited with a smile. We finish eating and get a call.
"Hello", I say answering my phone.
"Hi, today is your appointment at 2:00pm", the lady says.
"Alright thank you", I answer.
"Who was that", Blake asks while I hang up the phone.
"That was my obstetrician", I say.
"What did she say", he asked worried.
"We get to find out what our baby is going to be", I say excited hugging him. He picks me up and kisses me while twirling me in circles. We eat our food and then get desert. It's only noon so we have some time.
"I just happening so fast", I say trying to catch my breath.
"I know babe", he says with a smile.
"So I think I'm going to apply for some jobs so we can have money", he explains.
"Yeah that would help a lot", I say with a smile. We finish our desert and pay. We walk to the car and jump in.
Ring...Ring...Ring...Ring...
"Hello", I answer.
"Hi honey how have you been", Morgan asks when I answer the phone.
"Hi mom we're actually on our way to the hospital", I say excited.
"Oh is everything okay", she asks worried.
"Yea mom everything is great. We find out what the baby is today", I explain in excitement.
"Oh that's great sweetie, call me right when you get the news", she says excited.
"Okay mom I will", I say smiling. I hang up the phone and we arrive at the hospital. Blake helps me get out of the car and we walk inside hand in hand.
"I'm so nervous", I tell Blake. I feel my palms start to sweat.
"I'm sure everything will be perfect", he says with a smile. We walk inside and check in. We go into the waiting room and sit down. I find myself sounding like an old lady settling into a chair. We wait about ten minutes and then my name is called. We're walked into a different Ultra sound room then the last and I am helped onto the table. The nurse gets the medicine and rubs in on my stomach. It's a very warm feeling. After she takes some pictures we are sent to back to the waiting room. We wait for about fifteen minutes and the nurse walks out.
"So are you guys ready for your results", she asks excited for us.
"Uhh yeah", I say as Blake grabs my hand.
