Chapter 26 - What is it mom?

We put Madeleine in her car seat and drive away. Once we get to the hospital we rush inside.

"Our daughter bumped her head!", I yelled to the doctors.

"How old is she", the doctor asked taking us into a room with Madeleine.

"6 months", I answer. The nurse checks her throat, ears, and nose. Then about ten minutes later the doctor walks in. 

"What did she hit her head on", he asks.

"She hit her head on the coffee table", I answer worried.

"And how did she hit her head? Did she fall off the couch? Were you holding her?", he asked while looking at her head.

"She was laying on her blanket in the living room while we stepped away to eat dinner. Then I look over again and she is crying", I explain.

"Alright we will run an x-Ray to make sure she is okay", he tells us.

"Okay thank you", I say. We wait in the room and I lean on Blake's shoulder hoping she will be okay. He puts his arm around me comforting me. We wait until her X-Ray is finally done.

"Madeleine has a small bump on her head but, she will be fine with some ice and medicine", he explains.

"Thank you so much", I say in relief. I pick up Madeleine and Blake and I walk to the car hand in hand. We all get in the car and drive home. As we pull into the driveway I get a call.

"Hello", I answer.

"Hi is this Renne Wilson", the lady asks.

"Yes may I ask who is calling", I say.

"Yes this is Danielle. You booked a time to come see the area for your wedding", she explains.

"Oh ok", I say.

"Just wanted to remind your your scheduled time is tomorrow at 2:00pm", she tells me.

"Okay thank you so much", I say hanging up the phone. I go inside and see that Blake is already feeding Madeleine.

"Who called you?", he asked giving me a kiss.

"It was the lady from the wedding place. Our appointment is at two", I say returning his kiss.

"Oh ok babe. Are we taking Madeleine or can Mark watch her", he asks.

"We can probably take her", I answer.

"Alright", Blake says. He walks to my room to put Madeleine down for a nap. Blake comes into the living room and sits on the couch. He leans in for a kiss. I kiss him back and he pulls me into his lap. As we kiss I hear the door open. It's Mark. This couldn't be anymore awkward.

"Hi dad...", I say standing up hoping he didn't see to much.

"Hi you two kids have had a child but, seriously in the living room", he smirks.

"Sorry I didn't know you would be home so soon", I tell him.

I wake up to Madeleine crying. I get up to tend to her. I pick her up out of her crib and rock her. I go back to sleep. Then Blake walks in and wakes me up.

"Hey love I decided to let you sleep a little longer since Madeleine kept you up", he says kissing my forehead.

"How great are you", I say.

"I don't know pretty great", he smirks. He picks me up out of bed and carries me downstairs. I eat breakfast and get ready to leave for the appointment. I dress Madeleine in Carter's jeans and white little converse with a cute pink shirt. I put Madeleine in her car seat and we all get in the car. We arrive to the place and go inside.

"Hi we have an appointment with Danielle", I tell the lady.

"Yes I am Danielle follow me", she says. We walk into a huge castle.

"This is breathtaking", I say.

"I know", Blake says. Danielle shows us around some more.

"So do you guys like it", she asks.

"It's perfect", we both say.

"Would you like to see the reception room", she asks.

"Yeah of course", I answer. She takes us to a huge room with high ceilings and beautiful stone walls.

"Oh my gosh it's so perfect", I tell her.

"So is this the place you want your wedding", she asks happy for us.

"Yeah I think so", I say looking at Blake. He agrees and I tell her the date of the wedding. We leave and I call Morgan to tell her the news.

Ring...Ring...Ring...

"Hello", she answers.

"Hey mom", I say excited.

"Hey babe I'm glad you called I have some news for you", she says.

"Yeah me too mom", I answer.

"Okay you first", she says.

"Okay well today I picked the perfect place for the wedding", I tell her excited!

"That's so exciting honey, I'm happy for you", she says.

"Thanks mom. So what was your news", I ask her.

"Well today", she says slowly.

"Mom is everything okay", I ask worried.

"Not exactly", she answers.

"What is it mom", I ask anxious.

"Renne I.....
