let's talk about my updating schedule

Hi guys! As you can see from the title, this isn't an update. Sorry.

I'm also posting almost the same chapter in all three of my ongoing books, so you don't need to read it three times. Just so you know.

Anyway, I don't know if you've noticed, but my updates lately have been getting more and more sporadic, and it's annoying me (and probably annoying you as well). If I have an updating schedule, i want to stick to it, not ignore it and apologise every week for not having a chapter out.

But I've also got zero motivation to write. It's not that i don't have inspiration - I've got all my books planned out scene-by-scene, and i know what's going to happen - but every time i start typing I get distracted and fed up and can't conjure up sentences.

So I'm changing my update plans a bit, so we both get a better deal.

I'm keeping the Sunday updates, but rather than posting every week, i have to post every two weeks. So you'll definitely get a fortnightly update, because I'll make myself sit down and write it, but you'll only get weekly updates if I've already written them. Deal?

This way, I'll actually have a regular schedule. And because I'll be updating less, I'll feel more responsibility to write the fortnightly chapters. And I won't spend every Sunday apologising for not having a chapter.

Sound okay?
