Chapter 6

Shawn's Pov
I had just gotten out of the shower and was proceeding to get dressed when Mulan wobbled into the room.

"What are you doing up your suppose to be sitting down with your feet up" I asked her

"I was about to get the twins ready" she said confused

I called her doctor earlier today and told her how badly her feet and ankles were swollen  and she told me that Mulan needs to take the day off and needs to keep her feet elevated. So I took the liberty of calling her employer and telling here she will not be coming in today.

"Noooo your not" I said

"Shawn yes I am your not my-"

Just then there was a knock on the door.

Mulan's Pov
I walked down stairs to the front door and opened  the door to find.

"Dad!!???!!" I said

He walked into the living room and I closed the door.

I haven't seen my dad in about three years. The last time I talked to him is when I was pregnant with the twins. How the hell he find me.

"Dad what are you doing here" I asked

"I came to see my daughter, my grandkids  and-"

" I called him" Shawn said

Nigga you did what !!!!

"I glad to see you Mr. Thomas. " Shawn said

"Shawn I'm happy that you called me because this hard headed little girl would have been trying to get to work while you were gone" he said

He knows me so well.

Just then Ouzara and Nagessa ran into the living room.

"Pop Pop!!!!" They yelled running up to him

"There they are my grand children" my dad said picking them both up and throwing them over his shoulder with ease

My dad is  very fit to be 50. He was tall light skinned. Some curly natural hair. He was built like a body builder. Now I see why my brother so damn buff.

"Shawn gone ahead now before you late" my dad said

" The kids aren't ready yet and I don't have to-" my dad gave Shawn the look and he immediately gathers his work stuff and left

"Bye babe" he said kissing my cheek he hugged the twins and was out the door

"Soooo daddy what you really doing down here" i asked

"I can't come to see my babies" he asked

"Yeah but if Shawn called you it couldn't have been to see the twins" I said

"Girl shut up and lay down I'm taking the kids to school" he said 

When did the kids get ready

"Oh okay" I said frowning

"Girl fix ya face I'll be back" he said

"Bye mama we misses you" the twins said simultaneously while hugging me

" I'm gonna miss y'all too now be  good at head start for mama" I said kissing their foreheads

"Okay mama" they said

I watched them run to the car as I locked the  door. After I locked the door I went up stairs to my room and laid on the bed. I turned  on the tv and began flipping through channels. I stopped on the food channel after my hand got tired. I was scrolling through my social media as I listened to the tv. I soon had to pee. I climbed out of the bed only for a warm liquid to run down my legs onto my plush carpet and  my hardwood floors. Just then my dad walked through my room door and saw me standing there in shock.
