Chapter 11

Mulan's Pov 

I watched as Xavier got his kids ready to go home. 

"Thanks again Mulan for watching the kids," Xavier said 

"No problem" I responded 

"Here I wasn't gonna leave them with you  without paying you," He said handing me a wad of cash

I know he wouldn't let me not take it, so i had no choice but to. 

"How much money is this" I asked 

"Its 30 for each child," he said 

I thought for a minute. There's Kaeson, Elijah, La'Mell, Aubrey, Lily. I then calculated how much that was. 

"It's 150 plus 200 for helpin me with the Kiarah situation " He said 

Damn, that's 350 dollars. How much money this nigga got. 

"Well we're gonna go so that you can get back to  all the twins" He continued 

"Oh ok thanks by the way" I said 

"Don't mention it" he said 

I walked him and the kids to his car and helped him get them in the car correctly. After he drove away. I walked into the house and closed the door locking it behind me. I grabbed my phone and texted Shawn. I asked him to stop by the hospital and check on Kiarah. I then fed and changed the twins. After they were all fed and changed I put them down for the night. I was so worn out from earlier that I couldn't think straight. I turned out the lamp and climbed in my bed. I checked the baby monitors before I laid down for the night. I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of crying. I walked down the hallway into T2's room. I picked up a crying Thandi. I checked to see what was wrong. She was wet as i assumed.  I changed her diaper and gave her a pacifier. I walked over to the rocking chair in the corner of the room with Thandi in my arms. I sat down in the chair and put my sleepy baby back to sleep. After I finally got her to sleep. I checked on Nagessa and Ouzara. Before making my way back to my room. I walked into the room the same time Shawn walked out of the bathroom. I watched as a few drops of water rolled down his back. I licked my lips as I continued to stare. 

"Stop staring at me stalker" He said making eye contact with me in the mirror

"I'm a stalker but you're engaged to me" I said climbing in my bed 

"We have a meeting tomorrow with the wedding planner" He said 

"What time again?"I asked as I picked up my phone to check my reminders 

"4:00 and we also have a meeting with potential babysitters" He said as he put on a white tee and his boxers

"Okay 4:00 " I said as I typed it into my phone 

"Also why are we meeting with potential babysitters" I continued 

"Because we need someone to watch the kids when we have to work late, meet with the wedding planner, and any other thing we may want to do that doesn't involve the kids" he said climbing in the bed next to me 

"I'm not leaving my kids with no damn stranger  Shawn" I said 

"Bae come on how are we suppose to go on our honeymoon if we have to take the kids" he said 

"I said what I said Shawn. I will not leave my newborns and toddlers with no strangers" I said 

"Then what are we gonna do we can't ask your family to watch them all the time they have lives. And we can't always put them on Kiarah she got too many kids as it is" he said turning to me
