They woke  up and got to school Nagisa had noticed that Rei and Y/n were together and they were smiling at each other  but he was puzzled Y/n lived nowhere near Rei so how were they together on the train all of a sudden his eyes widened and a light bulb brightened they arrived at school and went to there classes in class they had to move seats Nagisa was at the back Rei was in the middle row and Y/n was next to him Nagisa had noticed a couple of time that Rei was looking at Y/n and when Y/n would drop something Rei got it for her it was too clear to see what was happening school had ended and the swimming group went to the sports shop to get new swimsuit's it was only Rei and Y/n that needed a new swimsuit but everyone got one they tried on multiple ones Nagisa helped Y/n out with her's " hey Y/n what about this one ?" "No it shows off too much skin " "hey what about this one" "that looks nice I'll try it on " Y/n left to change Nagisa went over to Rei and whispered in is ear "hey Rei can I talk to you for a quick second " "sure what seems to be the problem? " "today I saw Y/n and yourself coming into the train together this morning and ye were smiling at each other are ye guys a thing ?" "What ? No you see Y/n was helping me out with swimming and it got really late and I could got home on the train so I stayed over at Y/n'd place " "I see so if ye aren't a thing then why do you keep on looking and Y/n ?" Rei's face went red "I-I don't know what you mean ?" " do you like Y/n ?" Rei didn't say anything "it's ok if you do many guys in this school likes her so your not the only one " "was that trying to make me feel better ?" "Oh sorry look Y/n is finished changing " "hey what ya think of this one " Makoto answered "I think that looks great " "you look really professional Y/n " Nagisa replied "you look beautiful Y/n " Y/n blushed at Rei's comment "oh t-thank you Rei "  Rei had realised what he said "I-I mean you should definitely get it " he walked away in embarrassment  looking for swimsuits when that was over they went to Haru's place and hanged out there for  a while Makoto spoke up " ok so there is a race happening in a couple of weeks time we should put our names done it could get us some more members" they all agreed it was getting late and Makoto ,Rei ,Nagisa and Y/n went home as Rei ,Nagisa  and Y/n went to the train station Y/n had forgotten something  "guy I just remembered I need to go to the shop to get some things " and with that she ran to the shop she had gotten the stuff she needed she waiting for her turn when the person in front of her was finished she took a step to go to the till but a guy with pink long hair cutted in "HEY WHAT THE HELL? !" he ignored her and payed for his items and walked out Y/n payed for her items and walked out angry she spotted the guy and walked over to him " HEY WHAT'S THE DEAL YOU CAN'T JUST CUT IN FRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE " he looked over and Y/n "sorry it was urgent " "HOW IS A DRINK URGENT ?!" "Look I'm sorry ok" she growled and walked off she arrived at the train station "hey what's wrong " "I was at the till and this guy just cut's the line in front of me and ignored me " "what did he look like ?" "Tall , long pink hair , muscular, shark like teeth " "Rin?" "You know him? " "ya he was an old team mate we were good friends I was in a different school but Mako and Haru were great friends with him" they got in the train and went home as Y/n got into her apartment block she heard a familiar voice "hey wait " she turned around to see Rin "oh it's you " "hey uh I noticed that you go to Iwatobi high school and that your carrying a swim suit with you I'm guessing you know Haru ,Makoto and Nagisa " "ya I do there my teammates " "team mates ?" "Ya in a club oh and your name is Rin " "uh Ya well tell Haru I still want to race him ok" he said in a serious tone " ok and why is that " "none of your business girly " she punched him in the stomach he bended over in pain "Don't call me girly got it if you are to ever meet me the name is Y/n if you wanna race him then go to him " why are you acting so mean ? " "you were mean to me " "ok we got off on the wrong foot how about we start over again " "sure ..hello my name is Y/n L/n nice to meet you " "hello Y/n my name is Rin Matsuoka nice to meet you " he held out his hand Y/n shook it "would you like to come inside ?" "Uh sure thank you " they went inside Rin looked around "wow your place looks awesome and you even have a pool  are you rich ?" "I come from a high ranking family in America so I was given this place " "high ranking family ?" "Ya you see I come from an army family the best generals for many centuries ...how about this I tell you a secret if you tell me one " "ok you first " "I'm the next sucker to be general " "really ?" "Ya " "then why are you here ? " " I'm here because this is the last time I'm going to be free and I don't even want to be part of the army" "does your parents know about this " "I could never tell them " "why" "because there gone " "what do you mean gone ?" "they were on the battle field fighting with there men and now there gone I was young though I was 6 my family had a friend from Japan so he is had trained me and I want to make my parents proud OK your next " " oh I wanna race Haru because well .....I feel like I need to beat him so I can move to the next step " "next step for what ?" "To be a swimmer I'm aiming for the world " "the world wow how come " "well I wanted to experience what my dad couldn't " "by any chance was your father a fisherman" "ya how did you know " "when I was young I had to do police work and I remember the name Matsuoka so your father was on of the fishermen that went down that's very sad it's good that your doing this for your father he would be very happy for you " "thanks " Rin noticed the time and decided to leave "it's getting late I must be going " "sure oh and Rin make sure you don't say the secret ok" "sure you got my word on it " "thanks" Rin left and Y/n went to bed and slept
