Things were slowly getting back on track after that night. There was more conversation, more laughing, and of course, more 'waking the neighbors', if you know what I mean ;) . Anyways, skipping the nasties there, things have been well. It's been ages since I've seen Dylan, and it's been awesome to have him around. I can't just socialize with Michael all the time, you know.
"Sometimes, I wonder if your slasher boy ever watched old scary movies and just silently screams on the inside." Dylan commented as Michael was out and about once again, him and I just sitting on the couch watching movie reruns. "He doesn't scream internally." I laughed, shaking my head in amusement.
Speaking of the devil, Michael walked into the house casually, flopping down next to me on the couch. He completely trusted me with Dylan after he had faked tried to go down on Michael to show how extremely and fabulously homosexual he really was. "Hey babe." I mumbled, resting my head on his shoulder as he wrapped an arm around my shoulders.
"Bitches. I'm bringing my boyfriend next time so I can do PDA in front of y'all." Dylan huffed, laughing as he got up. "Anywho, I gotta go to work. I'm suffocating in straight people around you." He teased, making his way out.
~
"You know you love him. How can you not adore Dylan?" I laughed as I started making dinner, looking over to Michael, who was leaning on the counter beside me. 'I don't DISLIKE him, he's just on a whole different level of flamboyancy than I'm used to.' He chuckled, grinning slightly.
"That's good enough for me." I replied cheerily, looking back to him with a smile. "I would, after all, personally disown you if you ever thought of hating that boy as much as you did in the beginning." I tease, earning a playful eyeroll from Michael before I turned back to the pan on the stove.
Michael smiled softly as he watched me, walking over and wrapping his arms around my waist with his face nuzzled into where my shoulder meets my neck. I grinned in content, staying focused on my job at hand. I struggled to do so now, with him beginning to pepper butterfly kissed against my neck.
"So easily pleased. All you boys." I murmured as I bit my lip, gasping softly as Michael's teeth grazed my sweet spot. 'Seems like I'm not the only one~' he chuckled as he heard me, causing me to turn off the stove so I wouldn't burn the food before turning to face him full on.
~
"Michael Myers, I swear to god, if this ever gets old, I'm making a suicide pact with you." I laughed breathlessly, my head resting against Michael's chest with one of his arms around my bare waist. He grins in amusement, rolling his eyes playfully as he lazily twists a lock of my hair around his finger.
I sit up on my shoulders as my phone buzzes an email alert, making me grab the phone and scroll through the messages curiously. My eyes widen slightly as I read the message, grinning as I did so. Michael looked to me curiously, peeking over my shoulder to see what it was.
The company I did secretary work for every now and then had offered me a full time position now, which would mean I'd be working as an equal with the CEO of the company. My own company had fallen after Tawny and Jonathan passed... I hadn't spent the time watching it and I soon hired one of my workers to take it over.
Basically, it meant I was back in the business game. "Oh thank fucking god." I groaned in relief, tossing my phone to the side and flipping back against the bed. Michael grinned as he saw my content, kissing me once affectionately. "And I finally get to work from home... I just gotta skype call my colleague every now and then."
~
Everything started going uphill by then. I was getting paid much better, I got to spend more time with Michael and Dylan, and lastly, I slowly started to get a somewhat normal life started. Hang out with friends, host some house parties, and just be my own person. That's the whole reason I moved so far away in the first place.
"I didn't think things would get so normal again..." I mumbled sleepily as I laid in bed with Michael one night. I could see the amused smile on his face as he listened, though me nodded his head in agreement. 'It still feels like there's something missing though.'
I give a small nod back to him, sighing softly as I let my eyes close once again. "It'll always be there. The pain will become more bearable as time passes. It never really goes away." I murmured, finally drifting to sleep once again.
~
"You two were loud tonight, I must say." Dylan teased me as I hung out with him the next day, causing me to roll my eyes. He had just moved into the house right beside mine a few days ago, and he hasn't let up. "I'm pretty sure the entire neighborhood knows you're the top, between you and your boyfriend." A grumble playfully, making his face light up red.
"H-Hey! That's not true!" He whined, his face turning even darker as I cocked an eyebrow challengingly. "The whole place does not only know you are a raging homosexual, but they know you most often too, even though there's a damn difference when you're on bottom." I taunted, wheezing out in laughter as he smacked me with a pillow.
"Anyways, I gotta get going. I'm forcing Michael to watch Supernatural tonight and I don't wanna miss it." I sighed as I stood up, waving to Dylan as I walked out and not able to unsee as his boyfriend walked up behind him, sliding his hands down the front of Dylan's pants and biting his neck.
"Wait until the door is closed at least!" I yelped behind myself, laughing as I heard the two grown in embarrassment before I walked into my own house. "Oh, Michael! It seems we're having a competition tonight with Dylan on who can be the loudest~!" I called, a smirk forming on my lips as I already heard the two next door audible getting it on.
~
Let's just say, we won that battle. We were barely halfway done when Dylan texted me, saying Okay, I get it. Y'all win. Don't need the rest of us to get shrunken self esteem from how long y'all can fucking last ;-; . I had busted out laughing when I read that, and of course, continued on with Michael to make our point.
"You're the best partner in crime for this type of contest~" I murmured as I looked up to Michael, smirking triumphantly as I studied the obvious hickeys and love bites that turned spots on his neck and jawline a dark purplish-blue. 'It takes two to tango, love.' He chuckled, pulling me in closer.
Everything had gotten better lately. I didn't let up on Dylan for a week after that little... war. Of course, he found it fucking hilarious when I started throwing up a short time later...
~
Ooooooh, cliffhanger ;) . Aaaanyways, do y'all think I should start updating my Billy Loomis book again? It's been forever since I've last put any sort of work in it.
??? What was the worst time someone has ever wronged you ???
Peace,
Maxx 🖤
